If you are planning to have more than 2 visitors who will NOT be spending the night, please let us know. At no point can there be more people at the property than the maximum house capacity listed. (For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. This does include not having any fires in the fireplace. We charge a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved.-Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work, then the reservation can be canceled without refund.-We will always go above and beyond for you. To that end, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint to us or vrbo you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix it.
