One bedroom (king) and bathroom is located on the ground floor along with the living room, kitchen, dining area, and screened porch. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, including a king bed master suite, a queen bedroom, and a queen bedroom with twin bunks. There are 2 pack and plays, high chairs, TVs and games for indoor fun.While our house is perfect for families and low-key vacation fun, it is not perfect for parties or excessive noise. While the home is comfortable and modestly remodeled, it is not a "luxury" home so the kitchen and bathrooms are clean, but older.
