The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass doors leading to the pool. This large waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. The dock provides fresh water to rinse your boat (no access to boat lift). The boat lift is owner-occupied, but there is ample space to tie-up your boat. No double mooring, please. The backyard has in-ground screened heated pool (*No Hot Tub). The lanai provides plenty of seating. Propane grill, 2 kayaks, and 2 bikes on site.Crystal River offers some of the best scalloping in Florida. The property is approximately 20 minutes from Kings Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat.
