The roads into the area are plowed frequently and we have our driveway plowed as well but being in the mountains at 8500 ft . always requires one to be prepared for the unexpected snowstorm. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twins on first level .Loft with a new trundle day bed . While Barbecuing on the back deck keep an eye out for the wildlife that wander by from time to time or enjoy coffee on either the upper or lower front decks.
