Pets Limit one (1) dog per unit and no more than 30 pounds. Dogs are not allowed at any time, for any reason, on the lakeside of the property, tennis courts, volleyball courts and Club House. They must be on a leash when entering or leaving the parking lot and must go directly to their unit or vehicle. Dogs must use designated “relief area” located between tennis court and road. Poop bags are provided. You must pick up after your dog. No excessive barking or annoyance.
