Villa Palmira also has its own beach which is walking distance away from this property. The house is located in Villa Palmira, a private, gated community on the beach nestled between the Punta Santiago Natural Reserve to the south and miles of beach to the north. With over 4,000 sq. ft. of living area, this is the largest, most spacious home in the gated community of Villa Palmira. It is also one of the homes closest to the beach. Enjoy views of the beach and the ocean from the front porch, front living room, backyard, and the spacious second floor terrace. Few homes in the community offer beach and ocean views. The two-story Mediterranean home is completely furnished and fully air-conditioned, has four bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The bedrooms sleep 10 people comfortably on three queen-size beds and two king-size bed. A portable crib, high chair, and two full-size air mattresses are also available. A lush and vibrantly landscaped backyard awaits you with a private pool, outdoor shower, dining for six under the gazebo, a patio table for four, and gas grill.
