The apartment is newly renovated, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a communal seawater pool, and a fully equipped kitchen with an osmosis system.The AccommodationThe 70m2 apartment, plus an entrance terrace at the front (the apartment is on one of the corners of the building) and another terrace at the back... all on the same floor. It consists of:A terrace before entering the home, where we can use a shower to rinse the sand off our feet when coming from the beach (please avoid washing off beach sand in the home's interior bathrooms to avoid damaging the drainpipes).
