great caravan park, nice big sites and plenty of stuff for kids to do, the staff were friendly and very welcoming. the park is very quiet even though it is beside the Murray valley highway, this is the second time we have stayed in the park and cannot fault it or the staff

Great park, friendly check-in and lots of room. Had no reservation and two dogs, no problem. Well kept grounds and amenities. Spot on

In all fairness management did work with us to come up with a solution to our queries. However the price charged for our cabin did not reflect value for money. ANTS EVERYWHERE, broken mains water, underfurnished room. There was also No supervision of people with their dogs. There needs to be signage around the park to tell people where their pet is and isnt allowed . It is though a very well equippedpark for families.

So disappointed in the pet friendly cabin we paid $250.00 per night for, off season. The structure of the building is fine but these cabins are well overdue for refurbishment. They are poorly equipped in the kitchen with no small kitchen knife or scissors which are basic requirements. New backyard enclosure has no lighting. The cabin was not clean, see cutlery draw, dirty top of fridge. I wouldn’t have been so upset had the price reflected the poor standard. $180 a night). You tarnish the Big 4 brand!!

The heater in the living/bedroom works well and there is an electric blanket to keep you nice and warm. I didn't like that the bathroom window was open and lets col air in and cannot be completely shut. The kitchen area is very well endowed- microwave, oven, sink, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc. Very good. The bed was super hard, like sleeping on the floor. The seats were not comfortable and I didn't trust the couch as it was stained. Didn't use the wifi. Watched the Olympics- good reception for channel 9. The swimming pool/water park looks pretty fun- if I were a kid and it was hot. I would stay again.

Great park just on the edge of town, friendly and helpful staff. Ensuite sites were really big and suited our big family and tent. Heaps to do like the splash park and pool and also jumping pillow, mini golf and a cart track plus more. The staff also gave helpful info about attractions and things to do. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely disgusted with our very old ensuite caravan site 6.The smell from the blocked up drain was so overbearing to say the least, full of hair, possibly pet hair, and had not been cleaned for who knows how long? We had it looked at, which should have NOT been necessary, but with little improvement, and I have to question the ability/lack of, of both the cleaners, and, the lack of care taken by the owners to ensure that the upkeep is up to a standard. The health authorities would have a 'field day', rendered it NOT SUITABLE to anyone's health, and I have no hesitation to contact the above persons to pass this on. The picture on the website demonstrated both a clean and modern inviting ensuite, but ours was far from that, old rundown cupboards, torn floor coverings, the stinking drain, and at a cost of $60:00 per night, was certainly not worth the money expected. We are BIG 4 members, AND concession card holders, and to be treated to such sub standard accommodation was simply appalling to say the least. ANYONE for that matter! Having met some fellow caravanners with the intention to share some time in the camp kitchen was simply out of the question, the stench in there was absolutely putrid, to the point of "dry reaching' for us. How the hell anyone can run a caravan park in such a rundown condition is definitely beyond belief, the owners need to take a good look 'outside the square'! Good luck! NOT A CHANCE IN HELL will we ever be back!

Stayed in a deluxe apartment with my family, cabin was very clean and tidy. Very well maintained park, great facilities, kids had plenty of things to do. Staff were super friendly and helpful Had a great experience, will be back again. Thankyou

The staff are very friendly!!! We had an ensuite site, and as it was a 'grassed' site, we were pretty disappointed (as it was very poor....more dirt than grass. The ensuite was clean but definitely needs to be updated. All ensuite sites should have a concrete slab or at least the mesh on the ground It's a great place for kids and even the big kids as there is a water park. The air pillow & pool have shade sails. Also, a games room, playground, and a go cart/track to enjoy
