The Edenfield House Inn is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing experience. We were traveling with three other couples in our antique cars and had made reservations to stay at this historic inn. It was beautiful and the owners David and April were gracious hosts. The inn was built in the 1920s and the decor was absolutely perfect for that time period. The owners were friendly, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast that they served was delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay at The Edenfield. We would highly recommend this beautiful inn if you are traveling through GA. It would be a great place to stay for a weekend or week’s getaway. Thank you David and April for the wonderful accommodations. We would definitely stay there again. Russ and Donna

April is an excellent host! We had a great experience during our long weekend at the Edenfield House. This beautiful old home is furnished and decorated wonderfully and is maintained and cleaned perfectly. Our breakfasts were excellent and we were very pleased to learn that their most recent two health inspections resulted in perfect “100”scores! We already made arrangements for our next stay. Did I mention that April is an excellent host…

We had a great experience as the Edenfield House Inn. We hope to returned in the future and could not more highly recommend to future guests. The beds/pillows/etc were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were super clean. We had an excellent breakfast and enjoyed our stay. The new owners we welcoming and super attentive to any questions or items needed. The best place to stay in Swainsboro! Thank you again! Phil

What a wonderful gift for a weary traveler who was just passing through and looking for somewhere nice to stay. Wow they let me come in late and they made me feel so very much at home . Goodness the place is absolutely beautiful it’s like stepping back into time . Yes everything is clean and everything is decorated so nicely and David and April are just fabulous hosts they are so nice and so welcoming . I will be back

In town for some days to attend sisters funeral. Beautifully restored now but also a work in progress. Comfortable beds, large rooms and excellent homemade breakfast served at a time designated by you. Friendly, gracious owners who love what they are doing and makes you feel so welcome. Goes above and beyond to accommodate. Beautiful grounds and perfect time to be in Georgia. Will it make a point to stay again.

Hospitality above and beyond! I contacted April and David(the owners) late in the business day inquiring about a pet-friendly room for the night. They were kind and offered me a fair rate. Once I arrived, it was apparent that I was the only guest on the property that night and I was blown away that they’d open the B&B just for me(and my fur children). April gave me a detailed tour of the home and made me feel like I was her highest priority. The pet-friendly room I stayed in was wonderful. The bed was THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I’VE EVER SLEPT IN, the linens were soft and immaculate. Breakfast was tasty and served with a kind smile. If I had the time, I would have stayed an additional night.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Edenfield House! David and April were wonderful hosts as was Bella. They accommodated our last minute stay and greeted us at the door. We immediately felt at home. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and our bed was oh, so comfortable! According to my Fitbit sleep score, I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in weeks. During our visit, we learned David and April have recently assumed ownership of this magnificent house. They are working diligently to preserve the history of this beautiful house while putting their touch on it. We look forward to a few return trips to watch the progress as they bring their vision to life!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable bed and breakfast. Breakfast is excellent and very tasty. Has all of the amenities and conveniences of a high end hotel. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful old house with clean, comfortable rooms. The grounds are nice with outdoor seating and a firepit. Nice front porch for rocking and relaxing. Houston and Ethan (and Penelope) made us feel very welcome, but you have to watch Ethan, he'll talk your ears off. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
