Friendly and efficient service. Hotel is clean and nice. Convenient location as it is near train station. Appreciate reception for giving out free breakfast vouchers. Will definitely book again in the future.

This hotel was very comfortable, the room was clean, warm and the shower was hot and good .The breakfast was chinese but was very good .Staff were friendly ..when you need a taxi must be careful as the road is very busy. But the location is good for the railway station and general historic sites . I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Location is near tourist park but it is a long distance to walk from the train station due to the express road that hinders the convenience. Grab a car from SuZhou station to hotel is easily between RMB6-9. Exterior of hotel looks out-dated but the interior of the room is acceptably new and clean. No tea bags given, so need to bring your own tea if you want to have a good tea break inside your room.

The location is good. 20 minutes by walk from the railway station. But the hotel wasn't really clean and we didn't get the room we've booked. But for one night stay it will do.

The hotel has a great location, as it is within walking distance from several scenic spots, including the Bao’en Temple, the Humble Administrator’s Garden, the Lion Grove Garden, as well as various museums. The Suzhou Train Station is ~20 minutes away walking.
Check-in was really efficient, there’s an elevator and all the stairs have ramps for suit cases, although they are a bit steep for wheelchair users, but this is on floors 2 and above. Despite the hallway rugs being dirty, the inside of the room was clean and smelled like it too. At your arrival there’s 2 water bottles, and everyday they replace them when they clean your room (or if you are there and don’t want it cleaned, they still offer you the water).

The hotel is clean and room is quite spaciou. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful even if you cannot speak Chinese. Location is also not far from Suzhou landscapes and cheap to call taxi or travel by train. Would highly recommend and definitely come back next time!

The hotel is located approx 2-3km to all major destinations such as Suzhou museum, shantang street, ping Jiang street. A short cab ride to anywhere. Nearest metro station is Beisita.
The room is clean with partitioned toilet (cabin-like). Room is spacious. Cleanliness of the hallway and overall of the property has to be improved. Staff are all polite and helpful.
