If you want a classic "Shouzhou Garden Hotel" experience with a family feel. this is it!!! The boss himself is doing the gardening, service, even the bell boy task. (he carried our suitcase to the car pick up spot due to May 1 crowds, the shuttle could not drive through :-) The room is beautifully decoed in chinese style furniture, the garden is gorgeous. and the add on free "shouzhou traditional opera, singing and talk show " are performed in the garden, blended in with its beautiul garden setting. only suggestion is do avoid Chines public holiday season, beside tripled hotel cost, the water village at the door step lost a bit atmosphere with shoulder to shoulder tourists:-) But the hotel is top notch!!!

Very happy and excited to write this review. I would give 10 stars if possible. This hotel is truly a little treasure. We decided to splurge a little in Suzhou and found this hotel. It’s situated just a few steps from the main attraction street where you will see many people dressed up in hanfu taking pictures and enjoying themselves. This hotel is the only one of its kind where you can stay inside a traditional house with many beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The fact that it was so close to the main attractions made it super convenient to go rest up in the middle of the day when it was too hot and too noisy. It’s like having a mini vision of the humble administrators garden privately just for you. Besides the excellent location and space, the service was also worth raving about. They picked us up timely with their golf cart and carried our heavy luggage🥹. As a foreigner, I wanted to deliver some stuff to the hotel and had input the wrong address… the lady at the friend desk was so proactive and helpful, I was so moved because she even offered to go pick it up from the wrong address I entered. I feel like I’ve never had such a kind and sweet host before anywhere and I just want to express my sincere thanks. 🙏 The breakfast was so plentiful and varied, we not only had more than enough to fill our bellies but our eyes as well because they all so well presented. If you are looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

非常滿意！服務非常好，地鐵站接送，美味周到的早餐，非遺文化演出，古色古香的房間佈置，還有個愜意的小陽台，每天新鮮足量高品質的應季水果和小食，還有各類飲料（品種繁多而且都是高價位好品質的飲料），小而精緻的園林設計，絕佳的地理位置（離超美的耦園200不到），非常好溝通的管家。一切一切都非常完美，會推薦給朋友同事的！

酒店位置很好，古色古香，出門就是平江路，吃喝玩樂很方便。房間很大很乾凈，細節到位，配了依雲礦泉水和農夫山泉，早飯是搭配好的，很豐富。工作人員熱情周到退房時送了自製的點心，太好吃了，下次還會再來。

2023年獨自旅行住過，印象非常好。這次帶着長者旅行揚州，為了讓長者感受這家園林酒店的文化和服務，特意先轉到蘇州呆了兩個晚上。長者身體不好，來前特意和店裡聯繫各項事宜，結果是這個決定非常正確，長者非常滿意！細節服務太好了，事事有求必應，處處為客人着想。環境、服務、園林文化讓長者覺得酒店的價格非常超值！打滿分，希望墨客園越做越好！

期待已久的蘇州行選擇了墨客園，滿足了一直想住蘇式園林的願望，環境真是非常優美，置身其中猶如穿越一般。前台小姐姐很温柔，很熱情，有求必應，還贈送了精美的禮品。遊園講解和表演也是非常棒，小姐姐推薦我們晚上看，體驗感絕佳。下次來還定這家！

一家人過來同時定的兩間房，這個點評必須着重誇獎一下店裡的美食和服務。以四川人的口味來看中餐味道絕對可圈可點，其中松鼠鱖魚非常到位，早餐細膩可口，糕點尤佳，簡單的稀飯可以説達到了讓人驚艷的水準。幾位所接觸的服務人員總是彬彬有禮，能看出服務是發自內心主動和友善，一個字：非常不錯

非常好的一家蘇式園林酒店，位置佳，景色美，服務好，無可挑剔。 位置佳：平江路旁邊的小巷裡。 景色美：真美，美的像在圖畫裏。我住的是春在堂。屋裡古色古香，細微處感到温暖。屋外的景色佈局，感覺自己有一專屬的私人花園。景點拙政園都相形見拙。 服務好：尤其是前台的小高，不僅漂亮，而且人很好，服務很貼心。給我準備我喜歡的水果，送我到開明大戲院，安排同事送我到地鐵站。 非常值得入住。

環境： 園林建築很有感覺，平江路中鬧中取靜，非常出片，隨手一拍就是景色。 服務：管家服務很周到，講解也很細緻，節目豐富生動有趣，沉浸式感受蘇州文化。 餐飲：早點有私廚的感覺，分量足，內容很豐富，蘇州點心精緻又好吃。

非常滿意這次預訂的墨客園，住進了真正的蘇式園林，佈局精巧，客房陳列雅緻，很好的一次沉浸式體驗。 還提供了專業的園林講解以及崑曲評彈等表演。 一分鐘走到平江路，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。遊玩步行到達拙政園，獅子林，遠一點的景點還有免費的接送服務，下次再來蘇州還會選擇這裏！

墨客的服務人員都非常友善，有求必應！環境優美，鬧中取靜，入住墨客園是一次非常難忘的園林體驗之旅！ 建議修改一下祥雲樓有浴缸那間衞生間的竹百葉窗，因為特別是晚上從走廊可以清楚的看到衞生間裏的情況。

非常棒，住了兩天，乾淨衞生，安靜休閑。餐飲也很好。適合帶家人或者情侶小住。服務非常周到，距離平江路百米距離，非常方便對於外地人體驗江南生活的安逸雅緻非常適合，下次有機會還會入住。

民宿好的超出我想象了！到之前，管家小高就提前聯繫我，安排入住事宜，還騎電爐子送我去觀前街，幫我找矮的枕頭，細節到位，服務周到熱情。早餐居然吃魚翅！！！這是重點，早餐特別好吃，我一掃而空，哈哈。另外贈送的遊園演出超級驚艷，特別沉浸式體驗，感覺非常棒👍。下次會帶老公和孩子過來。地理位置好，早起去逛平江路和耦園，太愜意了！
