Good locations - Near Suzhou station but a bit confused when try to navigate the area when dragging the luggage around. The pick up and drop off area for didi not directly under the hotel lobby. Need to walk a small distance

Close to the train station. No decent restaurants around. Hotel at the 6th floor and up. Good breakfast selections. Washing machine in the room and detergent was provided. Front desk personnels are very nice and helpful.

Just opposite Suzhou Station, it is convenient if you are using Suzhou Station. There are barricades around the hotel's street-level entrance; taxis cannot stop in front of the hotel. Many scooters are parked around the hotel entrance areas, you have to walk around the scooters and over the barricades to get to the main road or from the main road back to the hotel entrance. The building's central-heating was already on in early November (i.e. you cannot adjust the temperature in the room). They asked if we wanted to cancel the booking when we arrived in the evening. What a challenge if we had to re-book 3 nights of hotel in a city we are not familiar with! We decided to stay. They gave us an air-purifier that gave out some air, not very helpful. There was only one small window in the room that cannot be opened wide due to safety. Therefore, we could not let much outside air into the room. The first 2 nights was too warm even when we turned off all air-conditioning in the room. We had to take cool showers to remain comfortable. When the outside temperature dropped on the 3rd day, it felt better. The good parts: room is clean, spacious, convenient in-room washing machine, front desk is friendly.
