The hotel is super conveniently located just outside the train station, on the right side of the north station square. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, as well as pick up spots for ride hailing right beside the hotel's entrance. The subway station is also just a minute's walk away. Apart from the friendly staff, our room was clean and had good facilities, including high speed wifi. The hotel even let us borrow a room to change into winter clothes before our train departure at night.

If you exit to Suzhou Railway station North square, turn right. You can see the hotel. Perfect location with warm welcome, nice service!
The building makes some noise, all the time, so that I woke up at dawn. Except this, everything is perfect.

The location is perfect because it's next to the station but my room smelled like smoke. I inquired about it and the cleaning lady assisted by speaying the room but that didn't last the smell still persisted. That was the only bad thing either than that it was decent enough for 2 nights

藝選安來飯店的地理位置，就在蘇州站北廣場旁，出遊相當方便，集高鐵（ 可以去無錫的黿頭渚景區或揚州的瘦西湖景區一日遊）、 地鐵2/4 號線、汽車北廣場站、遊船碼頭及公交站於一身。前台姑娘的服務是「 非常親切而且是有求必應，宛如在家的感覺」，房務清潔有序也是十二萬分的到位，值得在此留言慎重的推薦！

設施：設施挺齊全的，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，基本設施都有的，滿足住房需求。
衞生：房間衞生也挺好，每個房間阿姨都有消毒，有種賓至如歸的感覺。
環境：氛圍環境都挺不錯，工作人員都很親切，需要補什麼東西房間電話按9就可以聯繫前台。
服務：前台小姐姐服務非常棒，還幫忙免費升級了房間，非常耐心的帶我去看房間，光線很好，房間明亮，因為我是晚上的車，退房了，還可以把行李放在前台，讓我的旅程輕鬆了很多。
價格合適，交通也很方便，離火車站地鐵都非常近，想來蘇州旅遊的住這家酒店非常合適，價格合適親民，很值得推薦

太差了 這是我人生中住過最差的酒店 一進門一股濃濃的煙味 噁心得睡不着覺 床單掀開還有根** 還有那個毛巾 起碼用了十幾年 感覺比我家抹布還臟 這誰敢用 真是倒血黴了住這個酒店

臨時在火車站旁邊找了一家酒店，本來沒有太高期待，結果入住發現物超所值，衞生非常整潔，前台小姐姐非常貼心，酒店地理位置也非常好，等下次再去蘇州一定還會再次入住，房間的採光也非常好，女生化粧也十分方便，一個人去的晚上很害怕 接到外賣電話很害怕 但是但是前台姐姐半夜也會非常耐心的安慰

房間不算大，但都可以，中規中矩，有送水，洗手間乾濕沒分離，但也不會積水，幹得快，衞生一般般，隔音確實差點，外面或隔壁説話都聽得很清楚，但夜晚也沒啥噪音，前台及時解決問題。離車站北進站口就幾分鐘，方便。總體來説價格與價值相符。
