We booked and stayed at this hotel as friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the staff were wonderful: they helped us book tickets and give suggestions of places to visit, bars and things to do. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable, we slept very well. We had a lovely courtyard to relax in at the end of the day. The location was very convenient to most of the recommended attractions in Suzhou. The art work around the hotel really adds to the ambiance. Would be lovely if the hotel included a simple breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Suzhou!

We were greeted with friendly and helpful service. The room was clean. The location is very good, close to the train station and bus stops. The price is very reasonable. Everything was as it should be. 👍🏼

Great location, Great room, Cozy
Theres a projector in the room and a bathtub.
Staff are very friendly and theres 24hours housekeeping service.
One con is that there is no lift at this hotel, travellers with very big luggage need to carry up the stairs.
Staff are kind enough to help us carry upstairs.

Clean room, nice decor, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities! The view wasn't special, but it wasn't bad either. We had a comfortable night there. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time but were still accommodated. The location is convenient, with major attractions easily accessible, such as the Humble Administrator's Garden (3 km), Shantang Street (2.5 km), Guanqian Road (a 10-minute walk), and Pingjiang Road (2 km). Overall, a 9.5/10 stay. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable bed and soft bed. Spacious room. Very helpful staff offer to help carry the luggage to and from the main road as there was no lift and check in is at second floor. Overall good stay. There’s a lot of flies and mosquitoes but spray and electric mosquito repellent is provided. We slept long hours and didn’t have any mosquito bite on us.

The small boutique hotel is conveniently located in a luxury shopping district and is within walking distance to the Chayuanchang (Line 4). The amenities are basic but otherwise clean and comfortable. Light sleepers are to be cautioned as it is located above a corner shop on one of the more busier streets.

They equipped my booked room with full amenities, even body lotion. They also actively help me clean the room and wash clothes. Everything is free for extra services. They have a digital book let visitors know more about local culture, destinations and cuisines in detail. Beside hotel, there are convenient store, medicines and restaurants. I recommend you buy gifts in that convenient store. The price is extremely cheap, that we can not find in other places. I am satisfied with reception's attitude here as well. They always say hello and happy, that make me feel comfortable when stay here. 😍🥰👍

The bathtub room is small and dark, and the water flow to the bathtub is dismal. Reception is always not around. Far from the attractions but can take bus there easily. But seriously, Humble Administrator Garden is overrated and so are the other ancient streets here. I probably got rubbed the wrong way when a driver wanted to drop us in a lane we were unfamiliar with, saying he cannot get to the hotel due to it being one way street. But I would say skip Suzhou all together.

Great hotel with an amazing room layout. The room has an amazing noise isolation so you can be loud with out people hearing it.
