It was a tired place. It’s okay to stay over but it’s not what it looks like on photos. This place needs more love.

Room was in poor condition, the rug was spilled and dirty, bedsheets had stains. The bathroom has no ventilation to let the floor dry. The bathtub was black from scratches and stains. In 4 star hotels in other cities there are better kept rooms for half the price. Staff only speaks Chinese.

Had a wonderful stay at Suzhou Jinling Aster Hotel (苏州金陵雅都大酒店）。 Their services were exceptional. Special thanks to the front desk staff ，前台小芳和前台贾钧。 They took great care of my family. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Special thanks to the cleaning staff for their hard work and kind hospitality The breakfast buffet had western items and local specialties. Everything was delicious and very well prepared.

Good location being close to the subway station, food was good, and beds were comfortable. Overall pretty good value for money.

Very handy hotel, easy to acces and flexible with booking. The location is good, easy to access and quiet. The room is clean. It's good price/reward place and fulfilled my expectation. I haven't had any breakfast.
