Not a family-friendly hotel. Drunk and rowdy patrons greeted us at the lobby. Receptionists barely spoke English and couldn’t decide how or what to ask us. We ordered for a room service massage- 2 ladies came into the room and said they did not do the massages on the menu. We asked for Chinese massage and apparently they don’t do such things. Food at breakfast was horrible, specially the coffee. Paid 900 Kwai for it, more than what I’d paid in bigger cities and much better hotels. Trip.com’s customer hotline was the worst. Not going back to that hotel again. Not using the customer hotline either.
