Located in the new town area, close the subway station. A good place to relax after visiting busy area in the old town. Good food and cocktails at the bar. The front desk staff are very helpful. Feeling little strange that there’s this kind of cartoon decoration in room for a 5 star hotel.

Hotel furnishings quite dated. But great service and clean facilities!

With the help of the staff ( Miss. Clara) I could get easy check-in service, and everything went smoothly. It was my second time staying at Renaissance suzhou and recommsable for everyone. I will definitely stay in the future again.

GOOD location: in between brand new mall and old city, both reachable by bike, ok pool, good gym, good breakfast, good dinner buffet (208RMB) Good support from concierge NOT GOOD old design -＞ if you are older than 50 years you might like it last renovated in 2017 AC not working properly

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly, always smiling and approachable. I'd like to commend Joy at the check-in counter for her patience and thoroughness. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was abundant. We even renew ed our booking and recommended the hotel to our friends.

It’s nice hotel. Close to Central Park. Easy to travel and convenient in shopping. The staff are polite, especially a boy called Xiao Liu is quite helpful.

Whenever one is visiting Suzhou, this hotel is the ideal location as it is between Jinji Lake (with its cafes and spectacular views from Moon Harbor) and Pingjiang Historical Street (with its incredible architecture and shops). The staff are very friendly and make an effort to be supportive to travelers comfort, special mention to Jessica Jiang and Anas.

The Renaissance Hotel collection has always been a favorite of ours! Thank you to Anas and the lovely Layla who was so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Excellent, comfortable, great location, super efficient staff

Very kind and professional staff, from concierge, check-in station to cleaning personal, Restaurant personal and Bar personal, every single person very friendly and helpful. Due to the fact, me as european, i am not used to taxi apps like people use here in china, but the staff from Renaissance Suzhou arranged every single ride i needed. They helped me with every little thing i needed. I even asked them, if there is a nearby store that sells Ukulele's - Jessica Jiang from the staff quickly told me the location of the next store and arranged the taxi for me. I felt very comfortable in this Hotel and also the barkeepers did a very good job. Good drinks, good snacks. The buffet was amazing and as a Hotel guest i got a discount. Thanks for that! Hotel = 10 / 10 Staff = 10 +/ 10 Restaurant = 10 / 10 Rooms = 10 / 10 Bar = 10 / 10 Location = 10 / 10 In my opinion, this hotel makes everything perfect. Thanks for having me! And of course, i will come back to this hotel during my next trip to Suzhou.

A great hotel with a variety of options for breakfast. The double bed room was a great size for us with a good view. Plenty of options to eat with Incity Mall and a department store closeby and the Suzhou centre a decent walk away. You are in a fantastic location here if you want to visit the sights of the gardens and Tiger Hill.

Good location, around the malls with many eateries nearby. Room size is decent and clean. Can see it's a little old fashion designed, but it's very well maintained. Coin laundry and dryer are a bit expensive.
