Wonderful stay at this place. The host is so friendly and helpful and provided many useful information on eating and Travelling guide. The room is clean and spacious and the location is so convenient with many good restaurants and walking distance to 平江路, 苏州博物馆 too.

It was a good experience staying here. Entrance to this place is not obvious but they have helpful and friendly staffs! Part of the reason why we chose to stay here was also cos of KongKong the cat!hahaha!very friendly and cute! Lots of restaurant choices downstairs!there is a wanton soup and noodle place just on the left when you come out of the building which is really cheap and good! Totally recommend this place!

Decided to stay in Suzhou solely because of Kongkong & it's the best choice ever. The inn entrance is inside the alley on the 2nd lvl. The only con is that need to climb stairs thus may not be suitable for travellers with huge luggages or elderly. Other than that, everything are fabulous. Didn't get to meet the owner as our timing doesn't match. But added him on WeChat & it was easy to communicate (in Chinese) for the check in & check out. The room give out a lux vibe & even the toilet is automated. Can tell that the owner put in alot of efforts into the small little details to make the stay v comfty. Kongkong decided to join us in the room & choose to sleep with us. Super friendly but hyper. Will keep scratching the door asking to come in. Highly recommend & will definitely book again if coming back to Suzhou.

Toilet came with bidet and warm seat, perfect for winter. The little garden at rooftop is a very nice spot to hang out in the evening. I think it will be especially great for seasons outside of winter to hang out at. Remember to call the hotel when you arrive so that the guy can go down and carry your bags up. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry some weights if you booked the same room as us. Resident garfield cat Kong Kong is such a lovely sweetheart. She is so used to having new guests around and she definitely knows which unit welcomes her. We let her join us in our room in the morning afternoon and night.Fret not if you don’t want to let Kong Kong enter as she is the calmest cat you would probably have seen. Location is perfect, 8mins walk to entrance of Pingjiang street and 10mins taxi ride to Shan Tang Street. 10-15mins taxi to Suzhou Main Train station on weekday morning 7am. Staff will send all tips in wechat once you check in. He already prepared the information needed for you to order ******* delivery.

The hotel has a clean and friendly environment. I loved the cat in the hotel! The location is strategic, as it is close to Suzhou’s main historical street. It is just a few minutes’ walk to Pingjiang Road and about 10 minutes to Chinese gardens like Zhuo Zheng Yuan, Shizi Lin, and Suzhou Museum！

The locations is very central to get abt, both for foods & places of interests. Staffs were helpful & friendly. Highly recommended.

The staff is very nice and welcoming, he provided us with needed instructions and information we needed to know such as delivery address and main attractions in the area. The room is nice and clean and very spacious. The water pressure worked well and the smart toilet was very pleasant. The miscellaneous toiletries such as toothbrushes and shower caps were provided even though the hotel is not obligated to provide them, which was a nice bonus. The view from the window was very pleasant. The hotel also has a cute cat wandering around. Overall, had a very pleasant experience, highly recommend.

The location is good, within walking distance to many attraction. Value for money. 空空店长 🐱 is so cute.

KONG KONG is a very friendly cat. Kong Kong visits you every morning. Location is ok, 10 min walk from PJL and Museum. Very comfy room for couples. Staff helps you wash clothes too.

The hotel Is in a perfect location, Just few steps away from the main highlights of the city. Our room was very large, extremely clean and very beautiful. The photos of the hotel correspond to the reality. The cat was super sweet and managers very kind.

設施：房間設施比較齊全。還是乾濕分離的哦。 衞生：特別特別乾淨，這是我住過最乾淨的 環境：住的是二元。有一點點點聲音。但是不影響。環境比較良好。主要是房間也很乾凈，漂亮又舒適。 服務：老闆特別好，給我們發了蘇州的一個旅遊行程，退房晚了一會，老闆一點沒有催我們，態度特別好。然後問老闆蘇州特色也會非常認真積極的回答，還有一衹很好看的小貓咪叫空空。碰上那天下雨，老闆還準備了雨傘。特別舒服住着。

設施：配套設施齊全 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：清幽人靜處 服務：很貼心 喜歡房間窗簾一打開的那一片綠，隨風搖曳，治癒系，店裡有一衹9歲的貓貓，叫空空，很可愛，它還跟我到房間玩了一會兒，太開心了，住宿位置我很喜歡，離景區都很近，吃的玩的都方便
