A very nice place to stay in Suzhou—spacious room and friendly customer service. They also offer laundry service. I will definitely revisit and recommend it to my friends.

Staff was very friendly and upgraded our room to one with balcony with the gate view. Place is a revamped housing into hotel with 2 nice gardens. No lift but staff was helpful with luggage. They even provided free laundry which I very much appreciated Many dogs and cats which I loved. Quite abit of mosquitoes but it's more of a Suzhou summer weather issue. Recommend!

Loulan is an excellent choice for stay in Suzhou. The staff were extremely helpful in getting directions and suggestions for places to see … even local food spots! They went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel is very quaint and has a lot of local character. Very much a family business feeling. The location is good. Walkable to Xiangmen (30min). Foot massage down the road. Much better than sterile multi storey hotels.

Our room was upgraded to a family suite on the 2nd floor. The hotel is a beauty by itself already. Best part of this hotel is the shower facility. There is also a famous restaurant just behind the hotel and the price is economical.

This is the best hotel I stay in China. The room is nice, service is good. The staffs are young and helpful to help keep book car several time. They offer free washing service for our clothes. The location is at the crossroads to the old town and main road. They helped me to carry 4 big luggages room to room since I changed the room on the second day. There are cats and dogs at the reception areas which we can play with. The decoration is so nice with small little things.

Overall the hotel is beautiful like in a garden. The room was huge, clean & comfortable. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby making it easy to get around. I also appreciated for the free laundry facilities.

The best service staffs. Very homy and helpful staff. Everyone. Caring and smilly face. Go extra effort to assist us. Help us arrange our daily program. Even go extra miles to drive us as we have old Grandma with us. Most awesome stay we have

This hotel located nearby to Pingjiang Lu which is a tourist street, as well as loumen. Easy access by cars to others tourist location as well. Ambience was nice and warm, receptionists also helpful to carry luggages to room. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

Very convenient location, about 15 min walk to Suzhou museum, Zhuozhengyuan, and Shizilin, plenty of dinning choices nearby as well, place was nice and quiet, staff were super friendly, room was well kept and clean, would recommend
