GreenTree Inn Express (Suzhou Pingjiang Road, The Humble Administrator's Garden)

Couldn't sleep. The smell of the smoke is insane!! I asked the staff to do something but nothing... don't book here

The location is extremely convenient to anywhere in suzhou and it’s just next to pingjiang street and the humble administrators garden and the suzhou museum. Many shops around and also within walking distance to the famous food snack restaurants. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly too. They helped recomend nice places to eat and gave us directions to the places we wanted to visit. They also upgraded our room. Very pleasant stay. The room is clean and nice too with all the necessary amenities which is of high quality. They also have a laundry room and a rooftop attic to dry your clothes.

The staff was a little indifferent at first but eventually warmed up a bit. There is no parking at the hotel, it also have unnecessary steps leading to the elevator, a tripping hazard for older folks. My biggest complaint is that the hotel couldn’t produce an extra room key for their guests, which they said other customer had also complained. Need to listen to customers and resolve this fairly basis service.
