INDOOR OUTDOOR Hotel(Suzhou Guanqian Street Center Store)

The hotel location was amazing, extremely convenient, close to street and restaurant food, shopping, and sightseeing attractions. The bathroom shower could be a bit cleaner as it looks a bit aged, but overall the cleanliness was good, and the huge bathtub is a huge plus. Service was also great, staff helped with the bags up the stairs.

The staff at the front desk were so lovely and wonderful. They were quick to grab our luggage and bring it up the stairs. They had such a cheerful attitude and were kind in explaining the room details to us. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade and the room was so homey and comfortable! Even though they didn't speak English and our Mandarin was clumsy, they were very accommodating and helped us a lot 💕 The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and xiaodu functionality worked well. The whole room was very clean, and we appreciated the small thoughtful touches like the toilet seat cover, bath tub covers and scent deodorizer on the clothing rack. There was even a little tea set to brew your tea and enjoy it. The rooms were quite insulated, and guests respected the quiet time. Location was very convenient and within walking distance to many attractions. Steps from the hotel is the pedestrian shopping street area with lots of food. We could walk within 15 minutes to Lion's Grove Forest, as well as PingJiang Road. We would 100% stay again at Indoor Outdoor in Suzhou!! Thank you for making our stay wonderful and relaxing! Hotel did a free upgrade for us to a bigger room when we arrived as our original booking was not ready. Very very helpful and friendly staff ! Hotel reception is located on the 2nd floor , staff helped us with the luggage up and down the stairs. Even offered to wait with us for our ride. Location is superb. Right in the heart of 观前街, mins’ walk to 姑苏、平江街区. Yet the surrounding is extremely quiet. highly recommended to stay if you’re in Suzhou

Great little hotel in a fantastic location. Just a short walk to Guanqian Street and near the metro, which made getting around Suzhou super easy. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is exceptional value for money with an amazing location. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was more than we expected and the hotel if it had a restaurant and a lift would easily be a five star one.
