因工作繁忙需要不定期的全國跑，華住旗下的全季酒店永遠是我的不二之選，從裝修到服務到配套讓一進門就有家的感覺，一進房間哪怕是躺一會總能洗刷掉趕路的疲憊，睡的也很踏實，咖啡機洗衣機健身房早餐都很滿意

剛結束了一段難忘的酒店居住之旅，迫不及待想分享我的感受。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的誠意與貼心服務。大堂寬敞明亮，裝飾風格典雅，前台的工作人員熱情洋溢，辦理入住手續高效又專業，耐心解答了我所有的問題，還貼心地為我推薦了周邊的美食和景點。入住的房間更是讓我驚喜連連。房間的佈局合理，空間利用率很高，整體裝修風格温馨舒適，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。床品柔軟舒適，躺上去彷彿置身雲端，一夜好眠，醒來神清氣爽。房間內的設施一應俱全，空調、電視、熱水壺等都運行良好，洗漱用品品質上乘，香味宜人，洗完澡整個人都煥然一新。

這次入住全季酒店，整體感受非常棒！酒店環境乾淨整潔，設施齊全，房間佈置温馨舒適，給人一種家的感覺。特別要表揚的是酒店的工作人員，他們的服務態度非常熱情周到，尤其是西西和朱晨亮兩位員工，給我留下了深刻的印象。
西西非常細心，入住時主動幫我提行李，還詳細介紹了酒店的設施和服務，讓我感到賓至如歸。她的笑容特別温暖，服務非常貼心！
-朱晨亮在入住期間也提供了很多幫助，無論是詢問周邊訊息還是解決房間的小問題，他都耐心解答，效率很高，服務態度非常專業。

這次住宿體驗太一般了，空調感覺沒有效果，蘇州陰冷潮濕，睡得我肩周炎都犯了，床單也不乾淨，感覺很失望。

房間空間佈局不錯，周邊環境安靜，床品舒服乾淨，電視槓槓的，投屏看電影很哇塞，一如既往的支持全季，502房間唯獨馬桶有些滲水，儘早干預，以防問題變大，當然不影響我使用。
