The place is small but decorated nicely and comfortable. Free fruits daily. The location is in quiet alley but near to busy streets.

I had a wonderful stay at Wanhe River View Inn. The location was great, and the views from the hotel were beautiful. The owner was incredibly kind he reached out to us the day before we arrived in Suzhou to check on our arrival time and offered to help with our luggage, which was very thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family. Is quite close to market and the sightseeing place. 👍👍

Absolutely amazing!! If you’re considering if you should book this room for your trip, let this be the sign that the answer is yes. It looks exactly like the photos shown. Super clean, huge and the balcony area is beautiful! Free fruits were provided as well as some tea and snacks! The staff Xiao Gu is also super friendly and helpful! Walking distance from ShanTang street. Highly recommended!

The location is amazing as it is located near the entrance to shantang road, only a 5min walk. The owner was super friendly and also very helpful in providing tips and travel recommendations around the area. The room oversees the river and has a tea seating area to enjoy the view. A fruits platter was provided which was a very nice touch. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing service and excellent location. It is very easy to access and near to tourist hot spot. The view in the room is okay but their service is way better. Fresh fruit plate is served daily, sweet & tasty! Highly recommended! Don’t forget to try Suzhou special fish cuisine 💯

Room is clean and comfortable. Very nice view outside window. Love the big screen projection tv and the mini washing machine in the bathroom which provides us with convenience . Fruit platter is given free everyday even though no breakfast is included in our stay. Really appreciated it. Location is near metro station. Very convenient for us.Staff is very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Wan He. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The hotel offers a stunning view, adding to the overall relaxing ambiance. Whether it was from my room or the common areas, the scenery was breathtaking. The facilities were well-maintained, and the service was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with top-notch service and great location for tourist spot of 山塘街. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This was a really lovely and quaint stay. Staying by the river really hits different. Of course, the choice to stay here is mainly for the vibes. I highly recommend. Accessibility wise, it’s just a few steps away from 阊门, and very walkable to 山塘街. There is a supermarket and places for breakfast nearby as well. They provide a plate of assorted fresh fruits every day. New disposable towels are provided daily so it’s hygienic. There is a heater in the bathroom so during cold periods, really really helps to keep you warm after your shower.

We loved the view of the river right outside our window. Place was very clean and smooth check in. Owner was very friendly and provided us fruits daily. The location is also very near shantang road, would recommend!

good location, silent sleep even though its near shantang street but its a 5mins walk so its really silent. provide fresh fruits every morning they even help us carry our luggage. their recommended foods also very delicious. recommended.

1.Experience: Good interior setting of Canal View Room and newly furnished enable to enjoy tea/fruits beside Ceiling Height Window that can see through the Canal; 2.Service: Approachable Owner/Cleaner able to facilitate early check-in via WeChat communication if not meeting in person (Photographing Service is available for package booking); 3.Facilities: Good hygiene environment with comfortable Double-bed and built in digitalized water heater cum Aircon/TV/Door lock, Microwave, Washer, Disposable towels, Good quality Slipper, etc 4.Fruits: FOC from this Accommodation 1 plate daily; 5.Foods: Restaurant, Eating House, Fruits shop, etc are just nearby within 5mins Walking distance; 6.Location: Nearby Shantang River with available Trishaw to go around Riverbank/historical site if don’t want to walk during DEC cold weather season, but a bit difficult to locate as it’s at the side Road after crossing over the Bridge from the Main Street (both sides are shops) where the DiDi stopped there and the Driver as well as pastry shops seller also unfamiliar the accommodation’s exact point (Must alight before the Water Town Entrance 城门)
