The hotel owner and staffs are really friendly and has good attitude. The hotel is newly opened this year . 5-10 mins walk to nearest Subway . Family mart is a bit far away but there is local shop nearby with many coffee shops on this street. Facilities in the room are in good conditions. Free water bottles and few snacks to grab at the front counter. There is one washing machine on the 3rd floor. My room is next to the elevator so I can hear the noise all nights cause of the delivery robot. The balcony is huge facing the street because I stayed on the 2nd floor so there is no privacy on the balcony better stayed inside with curtains closed. The staff helped me arranged Didi to Railway station (15mins) in the early morning communicate via WeChat in advance helped a lot ( The owner picked me up at the railway station when I arrived booking in advance as well) Overall it is a pleasant stayed. Thanks Wopai hotel . My first time in Suzhou is great.

Nice hotel and vibes on a quiet strip with walking distance of alot attractions

酒店房間很不錯，裝修設計很簡約大氣，衞生打掃的很乾凈，前台服務態度特別好，房間很大，房間的落地窗拍照很出片， 窗外的風景很好看 很愜意，周邊有很多美食和小吃 酒店旁邊有古城牆護城河河邊 晚上可以散步 看看遊船駛過 可以説是身心得到了放鬆 酒店的設施齊全完善有微波爐 洗衣機和烘乾機 酒店還有免費給住客提供的電動車，出行便捷，完全不用考慮去景區停車收費的情況！當然酒店也有自己的停車位的 總之這趟旅程很開心 酒店也給我了驚喜，服務的很是周到。 下次再來蘇州還會再訂我拍酒店的！ 非常非常值得推薦。

酒店位於姑蘇區中心離觀前街、山塘街、 道前街很近 酒店的設計簡約現代感 交通很便捷 停車也很方便 酒店門口就是停車位 酒店附近有各種美食火鍋、烤肉、炒菜等！都很好吃 當然來蘇州一定要吃蘇式湯麪口味很豐富喔！ 傍晚在酒店旁邊的古城牆護城河邊散散步 吹吹晚風 很舒服 衞生：房間衞生很乾凈 沐浴乳的味道很好聞還很貼心配有身體乳 環境： 酒店一共有三層 每一間都是大落地窗 拍照很有氛圍感真的很出片！一樓大廳還有休息區 服務：酒店服務真的巨棒 有接站服務 前台的工作人員也會貼心的幫忙拿行李、辦理入住也很高效、還有前台人員和客房阿姨每次見到客人都很有禮貌會主動熱情的打招呼 設施：酒店全屋智能化 酒店很完善 還具備洗衣機和烘乾機，超大投影儀很入我心 還有vip超多電影可以免費觀看 下次來蘇州還是會選擇我拍酒店！當然也會推薦給要來蘇州旅遊的朋友！
