Hotel is located just round the corner of Ping Jiang Road, which makes food and shopping easily accessible. Our booking also comes with complimentary session of Ping Tan, which we enjoyed and learned more about the culture of the city. Main tourist attractions are also nearby - the Humble Administrator Garden, Lion Forest Garden and Suzhou Museum are approx 20 minutes walk away from the hotel.
Rooms were clean and spacious, making it easy for packing/unpacking. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou! Hotel staff were also polite and friendly.

Location was good. Room was very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel gave us free Suzhou opera show which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was interesting as you'd need to walk over to a nearby restaurant. Tidbits were provided in the room too!! :) Highly recommended.

房屋衞生很好，備註的入住前通風，無煙處理的需求也都有用心做。住在肖家巷房，鬧中取靜，晚上睡覺很安靜。服務完全夠用心，配套也夠用。唯一就是房間沒有一鍵控制，想要開關燈需要自己一個個在不同位置按

這次選擇入住翰爾酒店，整體體驗非常滿意！首先必須誇地理位置，就在平江路中心非常便利！步行到旁邊松鶴樓就可以打到車，對於旅遊選手來説超級方便。
房間乾淨明亮，裝修風格是簡約的現代風，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量不錯，熱水供應穩定。唯一的小缺點是上下樓梯有些噪音，客人走動有點動靜。
服務態度值得點贊！客房響應速度很快，臨時需要多兩瓶水，馬上就送到了。早餐是附近現煮的麪檔很不錯！推薦給注重交通便利和安靜環境的朋友～

設施：沒有低枕頭，我頸椎不好所以很致命，自己買了一個；早飯品類太少了。
衞生：整體還不錯
環境：很好，有個小院子，早上在小院子站一會挺舒服
服務：特別好，每一個人都特別好，包括早飯服務的小哥，忙的團團轉，態度依然好。
酒店位置很好，在平江路轉悠特別方便

地處平江路，有姑蘇老城味道，開車去的，停車在二層車庫，比較方便，服務周到，床鋪洗浴也比較舒服。還有一個迷你小院。

房間空間舒適溫馨，還有一個搖椅，服務親切熱心，由於酒店門口不能停車，飯店櫃檯先傳打車地址給我們，打車到酒店附近，服務人員（肖肖）還出來帶我們，櫃檯也可以幫我們代收包裹送到房間，總體體驗還不錯，點讚！
