Very authentic Suzhou garden experience it is definitely the highlight of the trip.

This hotel was simply amazing. Top notch customer service and an amazingly restored chinese interior. I would highly recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Hotel is built into an old Suzhou property and is beautifully appointed. It truly is a place of peace and tranquility. Heating in the first floor rooms leaves much to be desired. Service is cordial but not warm, and therefore while very professional, feels somewhat lacking in sincerity.

Amazing cultural stay among the historical site of Suzhou! Changyuan 畅圆 is really beautiful and nothing beats experiencing Suzhou than staying within one of the rare classical gardens (园林). Booked the Deluxe Room and loved the privacy and garden view. Absolutely loved the amenities too — from TOTO bathroom fittings to Dyson hairdryer, everything exceeded expectations. Only downside is that it’s pretty far from attractions and it’s quite a walk to the main road. Will be great if you’re looking to stay away from the ccrowd and prefers a more peaceful and quiet location. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful too, thanks so much 小姚 and 小马!

To actually stay inside one of Suzhou's private gardens was a wonderful experience. Sitting outside in the courtyard beside the pond eating the delicious breakfast was a highlight. We were looked after so well by Amber and Nicoie who assisted us at all times and added to the experience. We enjoyed a late-night cocktail in the historic room that the bar is located it. Stay here, and stay in your own piece of beautiful Suzhou history

到酒店已經是晚上，但是還是能感知到蘇州園林式的美。靜謐的小院子，讓人一下就放鬆了。感覺不像住酒店，就很像回家。這次也給我們升級了房型，入住的豪華大床房。 房間非常非常乾淨，我都感覺是在日本住酒店了。最貼心的是，入住時送了我和朋友玫瑰花，床上還有棒棒糖，在桌上還有保温好的熱椰奶香芋西米露～真的有一種被深深關懷的感覺。 這個酒店在暢園內，房間應該不多，所以人也不多。可以隨時遊玩暢園。而且還可以餵魚，魚好多又好活潑，（我和朋友光餵魚都玩了倆小時）😂😅還有兩衹小烏龜～前台還有三個月的小奶貓圓圓，門口還有鄰居家的小奶狗。人與自然一切都是那麼和諧～ 酒店的巷口進來比較深，所以很安靜。如果有出行需求，也可以讓前台小哥用接駁車接送。最後，前台小哥們的服務態度都很好，很貼心，五星好評！！！

找了很久想要有特色但是又比較舒服和方便的酒店，一眼就看中了這家，就在市中心，園子非常漂亮和安靜，比起蘇州其他開放的園林可以盡情的拍園景。在入住前幾天管家就會聯繫，出行可以讓管家開車去巷子口接送，管家小姚服務很好。還有晚安甜品楊枝甘露，早餐也很豐富可以自選中式或者西式的。洗浴用品是寶格麗的，吹風機是戴森的，房間很大，風景特別好，入住有歡迎水果和棒棒糖。如果在蘇州想住園林，有熊是很好的選擇

暢園有熊我江浙滬酒店的最愛❤️，雖然不是很多人偏好的國際聯牌，但是景觀和體驗稀缺，服務有温度有驚喜。每年路過蘇州都要回來住。今年養了貓貓圓圓，一整個拿捏得更死了😂管家小涵非常温暖和友好，讓我和暢園有熊建立了一種家和朋友的感覺。是我每次回來都要獲取的一種能量。

非常有蘇州特色的酒店，整個環境沒得説，靜、雅、哈哈哈哈、下次來還是會選擇，管理小羅服務很好哦，還推薦了特色的飯店，晚上12點鐘訊息秒回，真是很敬業了，服務貓圓圓有點懈怠，哈哈哈哈。

踏入酒店大門便賓至如歸，內部庭院極有特色，拍照出片。早餐很精緻、地道。入住期間因身體不適，非常感謝廚房師傅特意熬了白米粥做了病號飯送進房間。吧枱的美女帥哥熱忱周到，離店時還送了一盆可愛的小綠植，有機會再來蘇州還住有熊

非常非常美麗的酒店，入住兩晚，每天最喜歡坐在院子裏享受陽光，微風和園林美景。 管家小薛小羅特別好，服務很周到。唯一一點讓我有些不喜歡的是下午茶對外開放，有外來遊客、網紅在院子裏大聲聊天和拍照，很影響心情。 如果入住，儘量下午外出走走，或者在房間呆著。避開這個時段會比較好。

酒店本身就是一個很漂亮的園林，面積不大但整體很優美，早上邊吃早餐還能邊享受着這片院子的優雅。除了酒店的美與房間的衞生乾淨，前台也是24小時的，即使很遲迴去，前台都會幫忙開門，客人有種回到家很温馨的感覺！每晚酒店也都備了糖水讓客人享用，管家（小姚和小羅）的服務也很到位，任何問題衹要微信他們也回覆的很快呢！
