Orange Crystal Suzhou Guanqian Street Hotel

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Room was clean, location was great with lots of restaurants just at the back of the hotel and the service provided by the staffs was awesome. They were attentive and nice. The run to us seeing that we just got back and served us warm water as the weather was chilly. I highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel stay experience is exceptional wonderful. Location- just next to the metro station. Very convenient. Below hotel there is a convenient store too. Room- clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff service- super warm and friendly. Always willing to help and greet us: Breakfast- food is quite nice. The noodles station wanton noodles is yummy. We stayed only 2 nights. Its really a nice hotel. Will love to be back again next time.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the metro station of Leqiao. A useful back door takes you to a colorful food and shopping area. The wonderful Pingjiang, Gardens and Nanjing Museum also close enough if you don't mind a good walk. The hotel atmospehere Is relaxing, colors dark and neutral. All staff was very friendly though not proficient in English, but they tried hard to please with the use of a translator. Breakfast was adequate yet not the best I've encounteted in other Chinese hotels with regards to variety of choice. All in all, a pleasent stay!

I am satisfied with the room size, layout, cleanliness. Coffee maker, powder and tea bag included. The metro station is just right next to the hotel entrance. Plenty of choices of food around the hotel, walking distance to Guan qian Street.

Location Service and Amenities All are excellent

A recent and very well located hotel, a stone's throw from the metro station. The neighbourhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and very rich. Washing machines are available to customers free of charge (free laundry service) , with the possibility of also drying our laundry, which is very convenient because it avoids bringing too many clothes in the suitcase. In the room, I particularly appreciated the space, the very modern bathroom, the atmosphere of the room, ideal for working. The team is very smiling and always ready to help you. I also frequented the gym a lot mainly for running. The hotel manager could be advised to buy alters and other equipment to do physical exercises, but I am generally very satisfied with this hotel. So I warmly recommend it.
