Hotel is well surrounded by all the shopping, eatery as well as tourist attractions. It’s about 10mins walk from the train station. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

The host and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff provide valuable advice on what to avoid in Suzhou, while the host shares recommendations on must-visit places, local delicacies to try, and foods to steer clear of. Their hospitality is outstanding. The room is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near 观前街. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location in the ancient town. Nice and cosy with very nice view. The room is facing the main scenic river area and i enjoy sipping tea while looking at the view. Room is clean and nice. The owner and assistants are very friendly. They even offered local delights snacks and carried my heavy luggage up to the room and across the bridge when i checked out. Definirely would stay here again if I visit this area.

Spacious room, clean towels & sheets, bathroom is very clean too. Love the entire interior of this hotel & would definitely be back here again for the warm hospitality by the boss & staffs. Location is great too!

Super friendly and helpful staff and boss who provided recommendations for food and attractions. Hotel rooms are pretty and clean too. There are washing machine and dryers available for use without additional charges as well. Overall, a great stay and would certainly come back again.

Stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 nights whilst visiting Suzhou. Really loved the service provided by the team at the front desk! They were so warm and friendly and helpful, even helping us with storing our bags when we arrived early and also when we asked for extra pillows! They were also really helpful in helping to keep some travel documents for us when we forgot to take them with us when we went out firing the day! Very trustworthy :) The front entrance is really small but the whole look and feel of the place is very cosy once you enter. It's also very convenient to get to shops and eateries! The place is super clean and beds are comfy. Very worth it for the price paid for the 2 bedroom suite which allowed our family to stay together. The 2 bathrooms was also a plus so that everyone could wash up faster at the end of the day. The boss of the place was also very helpful on proving suggestions and warnings of what we should avoid when we went out in the morning. He also gave us some local mochi (which was very yummy) and a couple of boxes of local snacks when we left! Overall would definitely stay here again if we ever visit suzhou again!

Due to quite last minute booking finally choose this hotel as our su Zhou 4D3N stay. The location very strategic, room is huge , huge tv and the boss and staff is extremely helpful and informative. Big credit to the boss who recommended us to a nice restaurant nearby and lead us to there personally. He even help us to rebook a driver to our next destination when knowing ours existing driver price mark up too high.. He always there at morning greeting u and helping you to avoid you 踩坑 when travelling around su Zhou! The only cons is the hotel lobby too narrow and the toilet abit smelly when check in. Other than tt my family love it very much !

Front desk was super helpful and nice. We were greeted with a local dessert filled with sesame paste and red bean paste. Not only that they assisted us to book a ride at a cheaper rate to Shanghai, but also gave us a lot of local recommendations not to 踩雷. However, the location is a little hidden and not accessible by cars, other than that all good 👍

One of the best stays I’ve had so far. The hotel staffs were all very helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me with my huge luggage (the road at the front of the hotel is blocked by construction works so my luggage can’t really make its way to the main road). The facilities were all very clean and new, and the room was pretty sound proof too. What I love about this place is that the hotel staff will help to deliver my deliveries straight to my room, which I really appreciate. (Most hotels will require me to head down to the lobby to get the delivered items myself). Overall I had a great rest here and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Suzhou. One small suggestion: maybe the cleaning staff can make the bed and tidy up the towels when cleaning up the room. I almost thought that my room wasn’t cleaned up when I returned to my room. Other than this, everything was perfect.

This hotel is located in Guanqian Street, where vehicles cannot enter, so you need to walk a short distance. However, it is indeed a great location. Guests can ask the driver to navigate to "拓拓名表维修" or "拓拓奢侈品" for a closer drop-off point. The front desk staff is very friendly. When we checked in, they offered us the local famous 团子 and even warned us about common tourist traps to help us avoid being scammed. When we checked out, the boss and his staff seeing that we had four suitcases, they helped us to push the luggage to the car pick-up area. Thank you so much!
