Suzhou Yinxiang Yisu Inn (Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)

Room is clean, toilets are clean. Walkable distance to the metro with lots of eateries nearby. The boss is there every morning to greet the guest. Their food recommendations were reasonable and good too!

This place feels like home, that is safe and comfortable! The hotel service was really goooood and the boss is nice too! You will see the boss early morning at the lobby, and he would rec the places and food..

I really had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The services provided by the boss and all the reception officers are superb. They collected all my Taobao parcels, 20 to be precise 😂. The boss gave me a lift to the nearest train station voluntarily. The room is spacious, no issue with the hot water for bathing, the toilet smells good, no small staircases to worry about due to heavy luggage, location is near the train station and a lot of restaurants and eating houses. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Suzhou again. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is located right on the walking street of Suzhou city's tourist area, convenient for eating and drinking because there are many restaurants on the street. The hotel has very new furniture, fully equipped (however, my room did not have a refrigerator). In addition, because I come from Southeast Asia, I really like the toilet of this hotel because they have a bidet when I go to the toilet. The staff is very cute and enthusiastic. The hotel also sends tourist attractions to visit in Suzhou. If I come back, I will book this hotel again.

The room is quite spacious and suitable for three adults. The hotel is conveniently located near various food options and restaurants, and it's within walking distance to Guanqian Road. However, there is only one washing machine and one dryer available, which are shared among all hotel guests. The shower drainage was an issue where the water did not flow properly and started to overflow, almost like flooding. Fortunately, this happened on our last day, but it would have been quite inconvenient if it had occurred earlier. Overall is ok as the staff is helpful and approachable.
