Hotel was clean and they even offered complimentary food as we were running the half marathon th next day so would miss breakfast!

The hotel has a nice and beautiful environment, the staff is very kind and many of them can communicate in English. We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The breakfast also worth it. I was there with my family for Taihu Marathon, really close to the starting line.

Location is industrial and not many eateries nearby. Hotel staff service is excellent except the mini fridge bar is not working correctly.

The Hotel is quite new, very nice. I have asked for a late check-out at 2 pm which was no problem. It is always difficult to rate the location. It is far away from the citycenter but for my needs, it was very good, a 15 minutes walk to the subway. I did not have breakfast but dinner was good.

Just ok for a Hilton…The room and welcome cookies were nice, and it’s very clean and new. Breakfast was also adequate, with Chinese options and some mostly mediocre western options. Be warned, the location is super remote and located in an industry zone, with no restaurants or cafes nearby, so factor that into your travel plans…it takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to anywhere in central Suzhou.

設施：不錯，房間內電視很大看起來舒服，浴室預感很大，好幾次差點滑躺😂空調温度特別足 衞生：整體不錯，但是發現迷你吧上面的玻璃杯有一個有破損和污漬。😢 環境：挺好夜景很美，就是大堂香氛太濃了對於哮喘患者來説略有些不適，但好在不是很刺激。房間無法開窗稍有些悶氣但空調打開也可緩解。 服務：很好，前台小姐非常温柔，行李小哥也很耐心，門僮小哥也主動幫忙開車門。入住送了歡迎水果和曲奇餅乾🍪水果沒怎麼吃，餅乾倒是很香

호텔방이 아주 깨끗하고 따듯했으며 헬스장, 수영장이 잘 마련되어 있습니다 체크인 시 쿠키와 과일선물도 챙겨주셨고 직원들의 태도가 아주 친절하고 좋았습니다 조식 시간이 여유로웠고 먹을거리도 풍부해서 좋았습니다 호텔 옆 상가가 있어서 간단한 먹거리도 해결할 수 있습니다 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶습니다
