Nos quedamos un día en Suva y nos pareció una adecuada elección, sin confort pero con buena atención del personal, habitación muy amplia , desayuno. Está un poco alejado del centro para ir caminando. Cumplió bien.

Great stay but room for improvement- I think you get what you pay for it's decent for a budget - friendly staff, convenient location just near town so easy and cheap to taxi, tidy but not a great level of clean they could do better housekeeping surfaces did not feel or look cleaned properly. I wiped everything down again to feel more comfortable. my kettle was broken and they kept forgetting to refresh my condiment sachets and towels (every single day) i stayed for a week we had to ring and ask for towels and they were not always available that was annoying we just wanted our daily fresh towels and coffees which is what you pay for I think Be mindful when you are booking as they add tax afterwards. However the restaurant and pool are great we had a nice dinner there, and I think it's quick and convenient booking and a very safe environment even outside at dark we traveled with our 1 year old from nz and felt so safe there after getting to know the place there there's security at the gate all the time and they lock the gates up when it gets late.

The customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was okay. The standard rooms are fine, but I recommend opting for a double room. The booking system could use some improvement. While being there, the receptionist accidentally assigned my room to another guest, who walked in while I was working with headphones on. Both of us were surprised by the mix-up. He explained that he was told the room was empty and then went back to the front desk. They quickly gave him a different room. I expected a call from the front desk to explain the situation, but I didn’t receive one and that frustrates me.

I stayed here for two weeks while my home was being renovated. It's not a 5 star hotel, it's a 3 star. The rooms are very clean and serviced daily. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is a problem for them. They all looked after me very well. The only complaint is they have no restaurant at the moment but it is in the process of being constructed. All in all I would highly recommend the hotel for those traveling on a budget. I would definitely stay again. Vinaka to all the staff from David Hunt room 210

I had the best time ever considering the fact that it's close to the city and everything else. So convenient.The rooms where beyond our expectations and the service was amazing. A big vinaka vaka levu to all the amazing staff especially the ladies at reception for going out of there way and putting up with our request. Never a Dull moment at Yatulau. Till next time.
