Nice hotel to stay, in on the center in Sutton very easy by walk to going. Have a park to pay but very cheap price

The location is good: walking distance to Sutton railway station and bus stop to Heathrow are within 15 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable, a little bit above the standard of hotels of the same level.

房間不大，可能是親子房放了一張大床，2張梳化床關係。有浴缸，蠻乾淨。早餐11.99磅一位，小童（15還是17歲以下免費），品質可以。推薦!

連鎖品牌酒店簡單乾淨，空間及設備很好。也近火車站同大街，方便購物及去其他地方，是值得推薦的一間酒店。

很方便，後面就是步行街，附近有公園。

中規中矩 但房間甚至不能開窗

這家酒店沒有洗漱用品，牙刷和拖鞋都沒有提供，要另外購買。最後我們外出走10分鐘去外賣。 床單上有不知名的體毛，但並不屬於我們的，我們還沒有躺上去掀開被子就發現了，真的是很影響入住的感受，這應該是目前為止住過體驗感最差的酒店了。 This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last few weeks & twice the reception staff wasn’t made aware that we needed 2 travel cots for my granddaughters, we had travelled all the way from Grimsby (4hrs) & my 20month old granddaughter we tired & irritable & on both separate occasions the reception staff have resolved the matter extremely quickly (within 10min), the service we received was exceptional & the 2 separate staff members are a credit to this hotel, we are looking forward to returning in December

Terrible night staff guy with tattoos Had to change rooms three times as we're not cleaned and shower had mould in it coffee stains on table and hairs in bed my wife had to change the sheets and wee stains on duvet disgusting carpets had stains nightmare time
