Premier Inn Birmingham North (S.Coldfield)

The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage

I stayed at the hotel yesterday 19th oct 24. Staff friendly and professional. My room was spotless and comfortable. I'd like to thank Bobby who checked us in. And Craig wh checked us out. Both are a credit to tge brand. I would definitely stay again.

We were in room 6 on the ground floor. It’s an accessible room with a low bath. The room could do with a freshen up. Basic cleanliness was ok. It would benefit from a deeper clean, grout redoing etc. We had breakfast in the adjoining pub, which was very poor. Despite the information saying breakfast was open until 11am, the sign in the door said last orders for cooked items was 9.20am. The continental section was cleared away at 10am. Sausages were cheap and had been deep fried. Bacon was barely cooked. Fried eggs dripping in oil with solid yolks. Fresh tomatoes barely warm, certainly not cooked. All served on cold plates. The staff were really lovely. Couldn’t fault them at all.

P.I. is our 'go to' choice because the standard is the same (good) wherever we are. Kathy, your night team member, was always ready with a smile. This visit, our key card failed late one night, Kathy was straight on it and came up with us to make sure the re-coded one would work. Kathy is always very happy to help. We were impressed as, during the expected floods, Kathy came into work way ahead of her shift to make sure that she got there. A team player to be sure. Thank you for looking after us!

Fantastic service very accommodating, Kathy with a K 🤣 is just the best. Rooms clean and tidy. Sutton Coldfield is a beautiful area and will be returning in future. Food was good. Thank you for a nice stay. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Very decent hotel. Clean and tidy. Kerry on the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a short stay. Will return next time I’m in the area. Tesco express/petrol station near by if you need a few a few things. + biggish car park

This hotel covered all my needs and was close enough to the places I needed to be that it was a good choice. The night and day staff were very supportive. The hotel was spotless and very quiet. The parking was just as I needed.

Poor experience. The car park was dreadful with craters all over the place. Hotel room nice enough but aircon very noisy. The instructions in the room related to a differnet unit and in the end the only way I could stop it so I could sleep was removing my key card from the socket so the lights went off too. Staff pleasant but not outstanding. The pub next door (their restaurant) was dreadful - no healthy options and the fish and chips turned out to be some asian over-farmed, contaminant-laden, environmentally-unfriendly junk fish rather than cod. No other eateries nearby.

Very friendly staff, tidy room one faulty light fan photography from Kathy at the reception desk. Fab stay would recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Staff helped us get where we were going and were very attentive and helpful 10 out of 10
