The location and the view of the hotel was breathtaking!! If I ever visit Gold Coast again this is the only place I would be happy at staying. Love love love this place 💕

Spacious room with sea view, convenient transportation, tram station is only 100 meters away, friendly staff, will definitely go back to stay again.

Everything was very good. Location fantastic. Roo View was awesome. Is my 3rd time staying here. Will surly be bank again.

Aside from the massive construction right in front of the hotel which means that you cannot use the balcony at all because the noise is deafening from 6am until 6pm, the overall experience was poor. I have stayed at many serviced apartments on the GoldCoast and this was by far the worst. Rhapsody Resort is run down, feels old and smells bad. I had to ask for my linen to be changed on day 1 because there were massive rips, tears and holes in the sheets. The side tables and cupboard mirrors were covered in old dirty marks from the previous guests and the entire apartment smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I had to wash ALL the cutlery, crockery and glassware in the dishwasher because I don't know when last it was actually washed. There were marks on the glasses and cutlery and everything smelled bad. They offered to do an "executive clean" which resulted in the sheets being changed only. Nothing else was done to the apartment. Not even the dishwasher tab was replaced. For what I paid to stay here, I feel cheated! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the next few years firstly due to the massive construction and also because they seem to have just given up and resigned themselves to becoming a low 3 star resort.

Not directly in Surfers but an easy walk! Nice big apartment. Also not a loud area either and right next to tram station. Friendly reception and amazing facilities like the gym and spa. A little disappointing to find out we had to pay for towel change but

Location is near to surfer paradise north tram station. Nice ocean view. 1 aircon was leaking, the other aircon had noises. Housekeeping didn't turn up, we stayed for 7 nights. Dish washing detergent and sponge were not provided, we are unable to wash utensils at the kitchen. The dishwasher does not get the utensils clean...

Will definitely be back.

Stunning view of ocean from the room. Loved every moment!!!

The hotel looks and feels rather old and battered. The guests are offered regular keys instead of keycards. The walls and the doors (including the apartment main door) are so thin that I could hear all the time. Heard some people shouting in the hallways at night as well. In general, I just didn't feel safe at this hotel as a solo female traveller.

The view was good from even level 10. The only issues are 1. The maintenance of the room facilities seems to be less proactive. When we checked in, the door lock plate on the side of the door was already half falling. There was a crack on the second bath room shower head. The wifi never worked with the pin provided. The living room aircon got the guiding plate dangling. The battery door of the main bedroom TV remote control was falling off. The sink was blocked in the main bathroom. 2. The resort got a “no room service on Sunday unless you book it the day before” policy. We checked in on Saturday but no one asked us if we wanted room service on Sunday upon checking in.

Beautiful spot, beautiful hotel, beautiful pool, close to beach, the top floor is absolutely amazing.

Highly recommend the one bed room apartment with ocean view. It’s spacious and you can enjoy wonderful view. We had a really good time here and will come back again for sure!

Fantastic hotel! Good location near beach. We all love the ocean view , that was one of the best we’ve ever had. Reasonable price with unexpected satisfaction. Would definitely recommend it to my friends!
