The location is very central and convenient, close to tram, beach and lots of activities booked for my teenage kids. Complimentary minibar items are a big surprise for us. By reading other’s review comments, I think we should get two bottles of milk instead of one. But It’s not a big deal for us we drink green tea only without adding milk. A bit noisy from the street at night, but once the balcony door is closed it’s all right. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant downstairs as we only stayed for one night and booked buffet meals elsewhere… definitely will be back to try next time. Customer service is nice, too. Staff is very friendly at the reception, offering us early check-in.

It was a last minute booking we made (secured the deal for the last available room at that price) and it was the best decision we made! We had to leave our airbnb due to room cleanliness concerns.  Really great central location and lovely room, with great amenities. We enjoyed the proximity to shops nearby. The room size was suitable for up to 4 pax, along with the provision of amenities such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The complimentary snacks and beverage packets provided in the room upon check-in were a great touch, and we even got a refill on the chips (they were a great hit with my friends) on our second day.  Thank you for providing a great and welcoming experience and I’ll be considering staying here should I visit Gold Coast again.

Our request for great views was granted and we couldn't have been happier. We were given early check-in without asking which was a nice detail although we weren't able to use it unfortunately. The hotel isn't the newest kid on the block however it is modern, clean and appealing. Staff are lovely. Check in was express. Stand out location for Surfers Paradise - stones throw from everything.

Very close location, with a good thai restaurant nearby! Parking is the basement of hotel also very convenient

The location of the hotel was great .... right outside the hotel was the shopping area and restaurants... just a short walk is the beach ...the room is also clean ...

Very friendly and helpful receptionist.  Nice clean and very central.   Had to pay extra for parking.

We stayed at the island as we had a birthday party to go to downstairs. We had an amazing stay and stayed in the King suite. It was huge, I loved the snacks that were supplied, the bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were to die for. The reception and all the staff we met were lovely. The food and drinks were also amazing I would totally stay there again.

Great location  but not much selection for room service and fridge was tiny and wasnt cold

Amazing views! Staff were very helpful. Great location, so easy to get around. They moved us to a bigger room when we needed to add an extra bed. Definitely staying here again when I’m back in Surfer’s Paradise.

The best thing is that the accommodation is in a very good location, close to important places, beaches and restaurants, just 100 meters away.

It was such an enjoyable stay. We got the chance to have a quick rest day.

Yes the location is great. Service was great. Eoom was small but clean and had complimentary basics. Pool was good. The music was loud but we had a busy day sleep through it. 😀

Well located, a bit noisy cause is located next to a tram station

A very old hotel in a superb location which is at the centre of Sunshine Coast. The lift is very old fashion, a bit scary when first step in the lift. The room is just fine as it has been refurbished.
