Tiffany's Motel & Condos

Room clean, Location great. No services from hotel or anyone to talk to from hotel. Loud drunks coming in late at night. No one from hotel available for anything. Contact phone number goes right to voicemail. Amenities posted not available for use.

We arrived last night to room 202. Lamp hangng off the wall, 1 broken chair on deck, dirty tub with hair in it, broken countertop, filth on all the walls. Pulled back the bedspread and found hair. The staircase outside of our entry door was pitch black. I tripped on the last step because I couldn't see. Just realized there is no can opener to use to prepare our breakfast, several of the plug outlets in this room aren't working. The pictures of the room online are DEFINATELY not this room or were taken several years ago. I do not want to be in this room for our 4 day stay and am actively looking for a place to move. I don't understand the good reviews on this place or maybe it's just this particular room? I am not a picky person and can overlook little things but this is just unacceptable. I have sent pictures as requested to their management (Vacasa) and they replied that they are sorry but have not mentioned doing anything about the problems. Vacation ruined 😠

I book my appointment online for 2 nights and somehow they were messed up and we only had 2 night. The girl in the office never said anything about one night. My daughter was down from out of state in another place that I haven't seen in over a year. I got a call while at her place from one of the staff asking went where we going to get the stuff out of the room. I explain to her and she was nice and said let me get the manager and see what we can do. The manager came on and said you booked online didn't you well "You got to get out now.", The nasty tone of anyone. I had speak to me. We arrived at 8:30 that night and we had to be gone by 10 or 11 and they charged us $271.00 for that and treated us like crap. I wouldn't stay there again. It's old and run down!

We’ve stayed in this hotel for years when we don’t rent a house. This hotel was remodeled about 6-8 years ago if I’m getting my dates correct. The beds are always comfortable and the beach access is a 3 minute walk. Nice outdoor shower and pool. Some improvements are needed now. - The water pressure is terrible. Not enough water pressure to really wash good. I have long thick hair that requires a little more than a sprinkle to get the shampoo/conditioner/salt water out of my hair. - Towels are the size of a floor mat. I travel for work almost weekly and stay at tons of hotels. The size of the towels are that of floor mats at other hotels. (I would recommend bringing your own towels if you have any women in your group that likes a bigger towel). - Thin bedding and only two pillows is not something I’m used to either. I always bring my travel blanket and glad I did. The bedding was thin that I would of froze to death given my husband requires 68-69 degrees to sleep comfortably. Two flat pillows is not really enough for the king size bed. Needs 2 more pillows to really be able to sit up and watch the TV. I have asked for more towels from staff which was extremely helpful. They are currently in the process of getting more towels; however, they do not have any bigger ones at this time. The staff was always nice and willing to assist.
