There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again 

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

アメニティなし、最寄駅の電車はストライキで動かなくなると結構へんぴなところでした。 5日間とまりクリーニングをいったのにもかかわらず1度もタオルも交換なしクリーニングなし、水場のソープは交換なしと酷かったです。

設施一般，住第二天只放新的毛中，床單也沒有整理！

I've stayed here a few times before as most of the time it's cheap as chips. It was refurbished recently so the rooms are looking very smart and the beds are as comfortable as ever. The best thing is the new thick curtains which do a great job at keeping the early morning sun out. The only thing that may put people off is how far it is from London but in reality it's only 30 minutes from Waterloo along with a short walk from Tolworth train station. Plenty of shops nearby including an M&S and Boots.

Travelodge London Chessington Tolworth Hotel is very clean and the staff here are so polite & helpful, many thanks to Jehaan and also Michelle who have been very helpful during my stay here, if only the world had more people like them it would be such a wonderful place to exist in. This hotel has a restaurant/ Bar on the 2nd floor, FREE PARKING and also many shops and amenities within a few minutes walking distance. This hotel is managed to perfection anyone who stays @ Travelodge London Chessington Tolworth will have a peaceful great hotel experience.

What a difference from the last time I stayed here. A welcome refurb has happened. Clean and fresh public areas, totally refreshed bar area with a selection of drinks that are now expertly poured. Staff who are both friendly and engaging (Fayas and Violeta). This was a quick stop over and no food was sampled. On the strength of this visit I will be back.

Quality service . Good coffee and tea. Supplies can be given timeously on request. The room are smart. The bathroom is smart. The toilet is smart. You can choose shower or bath. The heating system is good. The beds were well done. All lights in good working condition. Bikash and NIda were very welcome. Splashing smiles always. It was heartwarming.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay at the Travelodge for a recent business trip. The room was well maintained and I had a good sleep. The staff were very accomodating and pleasant - in particular, a shout out to Scott who was helpful on more than one occasion.

Great experience in the Bar,Cafe. A lovely pleasant welcome by the host Fayas who talked me through the breakfast. Fayas also paid interest in my future stay next week and went through opening times and other info that was relevant to me which was great - great service!! The breakfast itself was well cooked, well presented and warm, compliments to the chef Khaleed. Thank you for such great service and a great breakfast to start my day.
