This is a nice hotel with a clean and full furnished room! I like its breakfast with nice coffee as well. I stayed there for another night.

Good place clean reception staff ok but morning coffee and breakfast service staff have no respect for customer

Everything perfect. It‘s very close to the center. You can reach by Taxi in 10 minutes. Very clean rooms.

We stayed here to be close to the airport, so location was not great. Really your quite in trouble if your hungry, so make sure to hit up the surrounding malls before they close at 9pm. Or your only option will be 711 (which isn’t terrible!?) We were reluctant to stay here after a bad experience with B2 Ao Nang. But this one was MUCH better ran!! Cleaner , and the staff was so wonderful! It is a great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish they had a gym!

Nice clean rooms, the hotel is about 10min bike to the centre.. but it is near some restaurants and the shopping mall is not far. They just have a little stall for coffee and a breakfast roll. Downside- as many people mentioned there is zero soundproofing, so you hear everything

The rooms are clean, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is located near the main road. At night there was always the sound of cars passing. I get a corner room. There is enough parking.

The people working at the front desk, all of those ladies were very unpleasant, the can be more friendly, they didn't even want to provide me with a cup to use, any cup, paper or plastic but just refused. The breakfast was terrible. I had a better breakfast choice on an economy flight, and it was absolutely pathetic for breakfast, but the rooms are clean, and there is at least body wash and shampoo, not even slippers or toothbrush.

Very good location if you prefer to stay in the town. Very comfortable and clean room.

First time been there,nice hotel room is specious and easy to excess to shopping mall walk distance. Central plaza.

My 3rd time at this hotel. Will definitely stay here again whenever I go back to Surat Thani. The room is very nice and clean.

Excellent location off the highway. Clean and attentive staff. Stayed just the one night before catching the ferry.
