It was clean. The decor of the room was quite unique. The size of the bed was great. The staff even helped book me a ferry for the next day.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are on your way to Koh Sammui.

Nice hotel in a heart of the town. Clean and comfy. Bed is huge. Breakfast is tasty. There are some complimentary drinks (water,tea,coffee, juice) and biscuits available at the reception desk all day. You can buy some noodles and beer at the reception if you don't want to take 400m walk to nearest 7/11. 1.2km away from the night market. Excellent value for money

Asked for a room away from elevator but the staff couldnt care more and give the room right behind elevator. All the sound movement was heard from our room. Breakast food line was not worth it at all. Too lottle and doesnt even provide fresh milk.

Nice and clean hotel with a modern design. The location is convenient, but it can be a bit quiet at night. Good for short stays.

We arrived with a late flight that was delayed, but the young man who checked us in was very kind and helpful and also very patient. Great service, great breakfast, complimentary drink. It was perfect for us, we stayed. One night before getting the ferry to Koh Samui

Great place to stay in Surat Thani! The room is spacious, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful — if they could be a bit more cheerful and chatty with guests, it would make the stay even more perfect!

The staffs are mind and helpful. They even recommended few places to hangout and helped to arrange for my booking to Koh Samui (bus + ferry; not free). Highly recommended for budget conscious travellers looking for comfort and convenience.

The room is clean and cozy. I really enjoy staying here. And the hotel has own coffee shop with you can get the discount of beverage.

A solid choice for business travel. The location was incredibly convenient, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. My room was quiet, clean, and had a proper desk for working. The check-in process was efficient, making it a seamless and productive stay. I would definitely book here again.
