I feel sorry for the staff that is trying its best to deal with all the problems of this hotel, that is literally falling apart. We did not expect much for the price, but the first room was a mess. Old and really dirty bed sheets and very dirty and worn down room in general. I am no one that cares much about cleanliness but the smell of mold was the WORST. We asked for another room und got upgraded on the 19th floor, it was much better, thank you very much. But whoever is running this hotel should not be allowed to rent any other rooms in the lower floors. The air must be toxic because of all the water damage and smell of mold. Since we got another room that was fine for the initial price I feel bad to give 0/5. But I would never ever recommend the cheaper rooms on the lower floors.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel. It is not 5 star, it could be not even one star. The worst is that it has a musty smell since you get into the hotel, you can see patches on the walls for the humidity, also the carpets, and then you get into the room and the smells is even worst. The room is not very clean, everything is in bad condition, bath with cracks, hairdryer… The bedsheets full of stains, the towel smells, I put my clothes out of my luggage and the first night they were smelly already for the damp. We complained and they gave us a better room, it was just bigger but same issues, even holes in the bedsheets. We booked two nights but we stayed only one, I couldn’t stand the smell. It is really a bad maintained hotel, and the pictures are not according to to the reality.

I don't know what happened with this hotel. When asked for plate... They asked me for paid 15k Rupiah.. It is so weird. Any room big enough but not renovated yet.

Foul smells in toilet, iron is not available. Lifts taking too much time. Ambience is good.

Other than the nice front service staff and the location. Everything else is a no go. Condition of the hotel is definitely not a 4 star standard. Heck I even stayed in better 2 star hotels and had better standards. Everything in the room is rundown, stains everywhere. I even found some bugs here and there. Even on the highest end room "king suite" I definitely did not feel like a king. Faulty aircon, not even cool its quite hot, notenough to cool the entire room. Fridge had goos n stains inside as the it was faulty already. Lift was kinda faulty on my level as well. Cancelled my 2nd night immediately as I had nowhere else to go on my 1st night (was already close to midnight). Had to endure the 1st night. Pictures dont do any justice to be real honest.. but thats all I can post. SO word of advice. UNLESS there is no other place to go DONT BOOK HERE

the breakfast really need improvement, the room is spacious but smell weird. THE WATER in the bathroom so DIRTY :(

Location is quiet good, around have a lot of plaza and resto. but hotel itself is not clean and very old facility . overall the price is reasonable for this level.

Old hotel, less maintenance but room designs is good. Toilet very dirty and smelly, bed and pillows need to change, bit dirty and smelly

The room was not clean. Bad sheet so dirty with stain and wet. It is scary as many hair and wet stain. Tower was dirty and seem re-use without wash. smelly.

This hotel has been used to be very good in service and facilities, but now it has become less tidy with peeling walls, untidy corridors, less varied and less interesting breakfast menu. The musty smell in the hotel environment and the stench if not managed properly in the future. Thank you
