Good Hotel. Friendly Staff and good food. Hotel located at the center of the city.

Its always a pleasant stay here eberytime i went to surabay , a very recommended with a spacious room and bed !!

The room was very spacious with a good amount of lounging areas. The best part is the bathroom that felt so exquisite and luxurious with a beautiful large bathtub. Service was very quick when we requested for extra towels, as well as our hairdryer not working. The only thing lacking in this room is the power sockets. There is only 1 area with power sockets which is by the work desk. There are none by the beds. This was inconvenient.

Big room and walkable to the malls like Tunjungan Plaza and Plaza Surabaya. But aircon is set to a fixed temperature and even after changing rooms it's still not cool enough

Nice location. Really good and diverse breakfasts. Clean and cosy rooms. Super nice lounge Wine&Beyond. Pretty small pool though.

Always our choice when trip to surabaya. Because at the center heart of the city. Convenient going everywhere

The hotel location is right at the heart of Surabaya City. It has great lounge.

I've chosen this hotel as it's offer bigger room size with cheaper room rate compare with others. Receptionist very helpful especially during my c/in time as I requested higher floor, friends staying nearby / next to my room & in same floor (progress considered fast). Room quite big, comfortable & clean. Gt various choices of f & b in the restaurant during my breaky. Bellboys very helpful. Remember to claim your welcome drink ya....enjoy ~

Ideal stay, comfortable room in a great location. Near to large malls which gives plenty eating option. Pool small, but the gym was one of the better ones. Definitely my hotel of choice in Surabaya!

Good service. Good facilities and convenient to go shopping. Breakfast is so fantastic, a lot of food to choose.

Other than the location being only positive, over priced due to location, old hotel that's showing its age. Not staying here again

Very nice hotel but not ideal location on very busy road. Breakfast ok. Other meals and drinks very expensive. Good gym ok pool. Didn’t really feel the full 5star experience. No robes. A bit stingy with waters and coffee always wanting you to spend more. Staff very friendly and great security though
