Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and what stood out the most was their truly personalised service. Different staff members knew our names when we visited various facilities, making us feel genuinely valued and at home. A special shoutout to Adi and Sophia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made a real difference, and we truly appreciate their efforts. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were beautifully presented. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it an absolute highlight of our stay. We also loved the kids' club, which had well-planned activities to keep children entertained. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making it a fun and engaging space for families. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, reflecting the high standards of DoubleTree by Hilton. Every interaction was met with warmth and a genuine willingness to assist. If we return to Surabaya, DoubleTree by Hilton will certainly be at the top of our list. Highly recommended!

Hotel service is very bad. This is third time I have stayed at this hotel, but was given a low type room. First time I stayed I was given executive, then the second and third were given deluxe. The price paid is same but the quality is reduced

Hotel is strategically located. Breakfast was nice, spread was good. Cookies were delicious. Clean & perfect for a short simple stay in the city.

The overall experience in the hotel is excellent , the staff is very professional and polite , will recommend the hotel for leisure & business travelers.

Located in central Surabaya, walking distance from some shops and restaurants and shopping mall. Also easy to reach other areas with a short taxi ride. Hotel was very clean with an impressive entrance/lobby including a coffee shop. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was very large with large bed, sofa and work desk as well as expected amenities. Food in restaurant was very good and the included breakfast choice offered a great selection of Indonesian and western food. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel

Great location near by to happening street, with alot of food store. Short Walking distance to Surabaya Famous shopping Mall. feel so welcome and friendly staff. Big and clean comfort room.

Love their services, all staff are very friendly and special call out to Anis and Merina...Though the amount of food at the executive lounge on weekends can increase. Overall a very pleasant stay

The hotel services and room are great! Definitely will book again if I’m travel to Surabaya again.

Warm water at the shower is broken, so i move to another room after 2 times the engineer try to fix it. Carpet at the room makes the interior old and dusty. Shuttle to TP not working, i ask twice but not ready all the time.

Great and clean room. Easy access to local food. The staff so friendly. Great breakfast served.

Good room and breakfast spread. Few cafes nearby too.
