This is an awkward review to make because i think the impression you get on the Jet2 website is far away from what you actually get so not technically the hotels fault. We arrived on the 16/06 and the feeling we got was the hotel wasn’t fully open,no bar(supposed to open on the 07/06),jacuzzi not on,hot tubs not on,sauna not on and no information on facilities at hotel, reception never staffed only when you arrive and when you leave(for you to settle up bill). Room was ok because we paid to upgrade, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok plenty of choice but hot food was at best warm so stuck to cereal & omelet. There were 2 areas to sunbathe/relax one by the pool with maybe 4/6 sun beds at one end but doesn’t get much sun and the other in a scruffy garden area with 6 beds. The side tables next to beds fell apart when moved well 2 did we didn’t try the 3rd. The bar never opened in the 11 days we were there and the What’s app system benefits the hotel more than the guests as it allows for no barmen or receptionist.Drinks take 5/10 mins to get by what’s app. Hotel is close to the centre with a selection of restaurants(maybe 2/3 stand out) & bars( mostly empty). We paid £3000 for 11 nights through Jet2 and felt totally underwhelmed by the hotel & Supetar ,we just didn’t get what everyone else seems to get.In reception they play a video of the hotel and it’s definitely not what we got.As I said at the start I think Jet2’s advertising is misleading and for the money we paid I expected more.
