Cherry Orchard Inn

這家旅館的位置我很喜歡。三層樓，有老式電梯，房間的清潔還不錯，浴室馬桶聲音過大，晚上沖洗聲音比較明顯。

看是2019年裝修的才訂，房間的確有裝修過，但是電梯及其老舊，圖一是電梯門外的門，裏面全封閉，很老舊，所以幾天都是爬外面的樓梯，空調非常吵人，晚上不敢出去感覺不太安全。酒店周圍餐廳不少，大堂的服務人員態度很好，有免費無限量的咖啡和開水供應。

The inn overall was very clean and neat. Parking lot was always clean. Inside the rooms, the space was newer than other like rated hotels. TV and other appliances were working fine. Vik was extremely helpful and all the staff members were courteous as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The Cherry Orchard Inn is one of the best value budget stays in Sunnyvale / Santa Clara. The location is great along a main road with many restaurants and retail facilities within walking distance. The staff are very helpful. There's a guest laundry, and housekeeping is also excellent. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here for even mid to long term stays. I have no doubt you'll be well taken care of.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, helpful and ready to serve. Adam always has my paperwork and room key ready and waiting when I arrive. The service is always top notch. The morning manager Mary Ellen always greets me warmly and always has fresh coffee brewed at the crack dawn and earlier. Thanks.

Nice Hotel! The staff was friendly! Beds were comfortable. Overall very clean. I like the location Close to lots of restaurants. I would stay here again. The checking in was very easy. They were very friendly.

The checkin was after midnight and the clerk was still really nice checking us in. The parking area was good despite our having a 12 foot moving truck. The area would have felt safe had we wanted to walk around (but we were exhausted so we didn’t). We stayed only one night. The room was clean and pleasant. The room was well-appointed with nice gauzy curtains and a functional quiet heater/AC, but we slept with absolutely blinding lights shining in from the street because we didn’t notice that there were TWO curtain pulls. In the morning, we realized that the second pull operated a blackout curtain which made the room pitch dark, LOL! Also, I called the front desk to report that the heater wouldn’t turn on but that was us again because the controls were NOT the ones on the unit but across the room on a separate wall-mounted thermostat! The room had what seemed to be clean vinyl plank flooring. Walking in socks didn’t get them dirty. Pillows and bed were clean and comfortable (my back is sensitive and was actually *less* painful in the morning), there were two bath towels, a coffee maker in the room. The microwave had a USB port! The windows worked well to keep out road noise and the ambient noise was not at all noticeable. Toiletries are in individual tubes or small plastic individual soaps (skinnier soap bars than usual but I was really glad to not feel so wasteful because I hardly used the soap. The elevator reminded me of elevators in old European hotels - two doors (open the first by turning a handle, then the actual door to the elevator. So it was unexpected but cool because you can see parts of the elevator mechanism through a little glass window. Finally, please tip your maid.

Good location. Close to market and eating options. Basic, but serviceable hotel. Room has been renovated. Easy parking. Only small elevator, but was okay as we always used stairs. A bit of noise from room next door as it was an adjoining room. Good value. Would stay again

I actually stayed in August 2019. The second night I was there someone else was given a key card to my room and tried to gain access while I was inside. It really frightened me. I called the front desk to let them know and the receptionist asked if I had changed rooms. Eh, no. It was the same room I had the night before. Without them admitting to their mistake, I was offered a partial refund of the 2nd night stay, and the GM, sean marsden, told me I would have a 30% discount on my next stay. Then covid hit so there was no travel. Restrictions were lifted and I booked an upcoming stay at cherry orchard inn. I wrote several messages to both the GM and Lisa, the front office manager, asking them to confirm the 30% discount will be applied to my upcoming stay and so far they've both ignored my emails. Very unprofessional. I recommend staying elsewhere where they keep their word and honor what they say.
