Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

The room was horrible, the mattress needed to be changed, sleeping on the edge, you will roll over into a hole in the center of the mattress, window blinds were missing leaves, so Had to put a plastic bag in order to avoid people walking the hall to peek inside of room. Shower had no pressure when taking a shower, the water fountain has more water pressure. Extremely over price for the type of hotel it really is.

Beachside Resort is a GREAT place to stay. I called to let them know I would be checking in late, and they were so sweet, telling me not to worry because someone would be there 24 hrs. to assist me. Upon checking in the lady was so sweet and asked us if there was a floor we'd prefer, so we were able to get a room on the 7th floor. Room was exactly what we had reserved and expected for a ocean front room. It was clean, had hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, which was nice! The shower was dripping and we had one little issue with the toilet, but they came and fixed it quickly. I am always honest in my reviews, so here are the only things I would say about the room, the decor is a big outdated and our bed was not the most comfortable thing, but we were able to sleep. The room layout was a bit odd with the sink being right there when you open the door, but functional. When we were checking out the lady asked us how our stay was and if there was anything wrong with the room or anything they could improve on. I was totally impressed with that! It shows they truly care about the guests and the property. We will most defiantly be returning to this location again! As far, as location, it is on the father end of PCB right out side of Sunny Side and away from the main ***** (Front Beach Rd) but not too far of a drive. The only thing we really didn't like about the location was not being able to walk to restaurant's or place, like we have in the past, I like how it felt like we had our own private beach and it was very relaxing.

We had a two room balcony room and it was the best place we have ever stayed at in PCB. No waiting on long, slow elevators or walking any significant distance to get into the gulf. It’s right there steps away! Clean, friendly staff, amazing views, affordable pricing

The location is the best in West PC, not crowded, pretty sunsets, nice beaches; love the bar/grill and deck above it. Room was basic, clean beds & walls, no bugs. That was the plus that helped me hang in for 3 days. The negative was the carpet was damp and nasty. Room had an extreme mildew smell when walked in which took my breath away., but since I was not going to be in room much, I stayed on the balcony or beach as much as possible. Put your items in suitcase or plastic bags to avoid getting saturated with dampness. I know your near the beach and dampness is common, but this was extreme. I suspect it was the A/C unit dripping or pulling in moisture or needed new filter. I looked over the negatives because of the location and staff was nice.

This charming beachfront property is everything we needed for our trip: clean rooms, laid-back atmosphere, pristine beach, sparkling pool, and friendly service. I absolutely loved the sundeck and beach views! We will definitely be back when visiting PCB.

This motel is outdated, just know this before you decide to stay here. The oceanfront view was excellent! The shower is tiny and the water pressure was a just a stream. Do NOT go barefoot in the room because the carpet is horrible. Your feet will instantly be black from the dampness and dirt. The room smells musty. The pool is nice. They do not offer breakfast. However, the price was reasonable. Just remember you get what you pay for.

The location and the staff were great. The room was ok, but I didn’t feel that it was worth the price. The AC unit dripped on the carpet and made it wet. One tv didn’t work and both doors had to be lifted a little to get the locks to latch. It was just ok, not what I’d call great. I wondered about the cleanliness since we found clothes left by previous guest in the dresser and toys under it. All in all I might stay there again but would feel better about it if the price were lower to match the quality.

The staff was awesome. The rooms were clean. The view was great! I would definitely stay here again. It was a little far from the main restaurants but it was worth being away from all the other tourists. It was a good experience. I almost stayed an extra night.

Decent room for a decent price. Good ocean views and beach access. Clean beach in a decent area. Clean and affordable. Not in the heart of things but a short drive from attractions. Dont miss the Sky Wheel!
