TSB Sunny Victory

This is my 3rd time here and to say I’ll never be back is an understatement. Always moaning and complaining with kids being kids. The staff in the bar are so rude and if they don’t like you they make it clear. Told me and my family members we make to much mess. I clear up no matter where I go. There was a toilet roll holiday all in the outside seating area. Blaming me that’s right I carry toilet paper around with me. They complain about having to much money and not the right change. It has been the worst holiday I’ve been on this holiday is dirty and the food is rotting. The place needs a face lift in so many ways especially staff

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday here. All the complex is spotless and the pool is well-maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to look after their guests. We had a great time and will be going back. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from a lovely part of the beach and their are all amenities that you would need on the doorstep. Definitely one to recommend.

24/7 reception and any niggles fixed within the hour. Friendly staff extremely clean accommodation if a little bit dated. full air con throughout the apartment.would go back in a heartbeat. The apartment has two pools and we never had a problem getting a sun bed in peak season. Ten minutes walk from the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bakery and shop in complex were great and bigger supermarket carrefour was two minutes walk away. Excursion bus stops two minutes away. Gated complex manned all the time ( although we were never very late) and key fob to get in and out presumably during the early hours.

First time coming to Bulgaria and also first time doing a self catering apartment. Was recommended here by our travel agent and it was just what we were looking for, the apartment was well maintained, staff were pleasant. We had a one bed apartment for 3 adults and one child, two double beds and single seat bed which was ideal for us, we had a fridge microwave and kettle and various utensils and supplies for cooking also very close to food stores to buy your shopping in. We ate at the hotel bar/restaurant and also had drinks from there, also a convenient shop on site for essentials. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The area was suitable for all ages, central to all. We left a soft toy of the child’s there when we left and they kindly shipped it back to us! Regular communication and very helpful

This was our first time visiting Bulgaria and opted to stay in Tsb sunny victory on arrival the premises looked and are clean and well maintained. Our apartment 109 in house 2 A however was a huge disappointment,what they advertised and what we thought we had paid for were polar apart. Very basic and not very well equipped and not as described, light fitting in bathroom was hanging from ceiling also cigarette burns on the sofa,this had been mentioned in a previous review,asked the young man on reception if this could be rectified and it was,only for it fall out the next day,asked again to get it sorted ,only to receive what I would call an unprofessional attitude,however it was repaired and stayed up. The bar staff and the rest of the staff are really friendly and very helpful,the pools are clean as is the surrounding area . My main concern was on checking out we went to sit near the gate to await our taxi to airport,to find the security chap locked the gate so we couldn't leave,this was apperantly so our room could be checked first for damage and such like , I did ask if this was the case why wasn't the light fitting noticed before we checked in. My advice would be to take photos of your room on arrival and on departing. Would I stay again the answer would be no

We booked a 1 bedroom apartmenr for 4 people - 2 beds and 2 sofa spots. We stayed for 7 nights and for the first 4 nights me and another guest slept on the sofa. After sleeping on the sofa we had many bug bites on our legs and they were itchy. At first we didn’t think much of it, but after the first 4 nights we switched the places we slept - the people who first slept on the beds went on the sofas and vice versa. After the switch the new people who slept on the sofa instanly had the same itchy bug bites on their body the next morning. We went to reception and showed them our bug bites, but they didn’t do anything about it. It was so obvious that the manager can’t take any critizism. It also shows in the way he responds to these reviews. Also, I did stay in this hotel in case the manager wants to say that i didn’t. The booking wasn’t made from under my name, it was from another guest in the same apartment. We at least hoped for an apology for this mess but all we got was attitude, which was very unpleasant.
