Menada Rainbow Apartments

Let me start with absolutely DISAPPOINTING PLACE!! ! The people managing this place are so hopeless, the services provided by “Menada office “ is absolutely catastrophic. When I arrived at the hotel, i find out i had to go to some office somewhere to collect the keys, nobody even showed me the room or which floor is it absolutely Nothing,I’ve been to lot’s of hotels around the world and things like that for that amount of money are silly,then I couldn’t even pay for 50min just because their POS terminal was with battery dead and also couldn’t even accept my debit VISA card ,just wasting my time from my holiday, then they advised me to go and find ATM (Great) , no option for late check out , additional charges for wi-fi when was shown as free and on top of everything there was a Deposit ! No managers on duty when i ask to speak with someone!The room was fine the only thing was you can feel the spring in the mattress!Also on my check out they told me i will receive my deposit after 2-3 hours and after those 2-3 hours I find out will be around 1 week ! Don’t waste your time or money for that kind of service there is plenty of better hotels around for even cheaper price!
