Hotel Neptun Beach

Great location. Just a path between beach and the hotel and there are sun loungers on the beach just for guests. Customer service is excellent. We had an issue with the safe (which is free, no deposit required) and it was dealt with very quickly. Food is good. Not very hot but there is a microwave you can use. Room cleaned every day. Has tea making facilities in the room. Good sized balcony. Not much entertainment at night but as it was only 5 minutes walk to Flower Street , wasn’t an issue. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Right by the beach / sea. Very clean. Helpful staff . Rooms are clean and spacious. Food better than other hotels I've visited, drinks are nice , and not weakened. Entertainment okay , we went out a lot . Entertainment staff lovely and friendly. Would come again

Very good location in Sunny Beach. Super clean hotel. Food was very good and very well presented. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, maids do a great job of keeping everything clean. Animation team were very friendly & entertaining always checking in on you and getting you involved in activities, Stiko cheats at UNO 😂. Beach is beautiful and just across the road with free sun loungers & parasols, sea was beautiful & great water rides. We were a party of 8 but were not permitted to put tables together in restaurant but were permitted if eating in outside area, bit odd as we would have liked to have sat together for dinner. There is snack bar providing hot food throughout the day. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, Dimo needs to learn manners very rude despite being extremely polite to him and all others, don’t think he likes his job much or maybe just English ladies? Check out was 12 noon, bags were safely secured for us until coach, all inclusive still provided until we left. There is security at the hotel 24/7 nice to know your safe at all times, not that there were any issues at all. I would recommend this hotel as it is of high standard and good location.

This hotel was the best All inclusive hotel iv stayed in!!!!!.. in a long time the rooms where well kept and very clean the cleaner was exceptional and very efficient. We had the family room for 6 and was very spacious and enough room for 2 adults 2 teens 3yr old and a 9yr old had there own balcony onto the front strip full air con 2 shower rooms and toilets. Free safe and plenty of storage. The hotel it self was a 5bstar plus for me the grounds are beautifully kept and very pretty the pool area was very nice and pool was massive never over crowded......plenty of sunbeds........ a nice little kiddies pool and little play area plenty of activities for all ages there is also a kids club the girls where always very friendly and we became very friendly with them all The restaurant was your typical All Inclusive very well presented and plenty to choose from each day, same for the drinks plenty of choice. Also have snacks through out the day too. Pool bar to get your alcoholic/soft drinks all through the day. The entertainment for us was the highlight of the holiday the guys ( boris, paco,stelko guys and the girls where very entertaining had my partner Richard/kids up on stage every night we was there lol and they took part in all the activities throughout the day my kids loved all of the animation team as did we.... and they made our stay very memorable ❤ and we became good friends and will hopefully keep in touch with them all. All in all this hotel is the best hotel iv stayed in as a family and will be booking for next year. It was out first time in Bulgaria and we loved every minute of it......can't wait to come back to sunny beach ⛱ .......Tammy Richard Megan Libby Emily Jensen ❤

Just back from our holiday . We had an amazing time. Hotel was super clean & our room was amazing. Overlooking the pool area and the sea.The food was lovely and plenty to choose from. Staff super friendly and helpful. Met some lovely people. Can’t praise the Animation team enough. They just made our holiday so perfect. Thankyou to Paco, Boris, Stelko, Titi, Zhani 😎😎😎we will be back 💘

I have been regularly visiting Bulgaria for more than 15 years, going with my family to Golden Sands and with my friends to Sunny Beach. This year, our group of friends once again visited the Sentido Neptun Beach Hotel, just like last year. And once again, it was an amazing vacation. I have to say that this hotel is excellent, located in a very good area – the beach is right across from the hotel, just a few meters away. The rooms are spacious and very, very clean, cleaned daily. I must highlight the cleanliness of the hotel, as it is at the highest level. Not just the rooms, but the entire hotel is very clean and fragrant. The superior room with a sea view was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The very good WiFi signal in the entire hotel even reached the beach. The very well-organized staff was helpful, very polite, and also friendly, and we felt very welcomed 👍 The food is varied and tasty, and so are the drinks. On the day of departure early in the morning (04:45 am), we were provided with breakfast packages, including a drink. I appreciate the change in the ALL INCLUSIVE program, where drinks at the cocktail bar are served until 11:00 pm, and likewise, the free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Last but not least, I appreciate the professional approach of Mr. Krastyu Genov, who always handled all our requests with a smile. This gentleman does a really great job 👍 I definitely recommend a vacation at this hotel to everyone, and we will surely return next year. Thank you for a great stay!
