Hrizantema- All Inclusive Hotel

Never again, payed for 7 nights.. Landed at 3am, so we missed evening meal etc but i do understand not the hotels fault.. Hotel is catered towards eastern europeans which i get..The 2 beds were the hardest beds ever.. Room service was hit & miss..99.9% of the staff were superb..On the weds went to reception to ask if we could have a late check out on the saturday as our flight wasnt till 1am sunday morning, lady replied yes ok you can till 11pm... saturday morning bang bang on the door @ 11am, a lady said we had to get out of the room, i asked why we have a late check out, she replied no hotel is full... so we had to pack took key to reception, then was told bracelets needed taking off... so we had nowhere to stay or eat that day.. also had 2 children with us.. Just on the basis of being told we had late check out then told no, my 12 freinds have allready canceled this hotel in August

The holiday at this hotel was amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainers were amazing and the program was great too. The drinks and all the staff were the best. The only downside was the older gym and the harder pull-out bed with the added mattress, but it was manageable. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. :)

Amazing Hrizantema Hotel on Sunny Beach. We have been visiting this place for years with our family. And we want to leave a review and our impressions. We express our gratitude to all the staff of the hotel. First of all animation and team. Separate thanks to Rasec. Exciting Cuban show and parties, Zumba Time with teacher Gery and many other entertainments that create the atmosphere of the whole vacation. The cuisine is excellent, everything is very tasty, both first and second courses, desserts as well. The rooms are cleaned every day. Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery. A lot of entertainment for children, playground, children's room with different games, as well as not leaving the territory of the hotel you can do tattoo with henna. the experience was great and the animators are great❤️ The best animation i realy like it Spend good time with my friends the songs and dances were very entertaining I would visit the hotel again and enjoy the dances and songs and the entertainers

Just home our 4th time here. Again a wonderful stay As always clean rooms with fresh towels and bedding every day staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth even though it was early hours in the morning. The cleaning team work very hard all through the hotel. Food is the best we have ever had going all inclusive. Lots to choose from and the snack bar is great too. The drinks are certainly not watered down which we have found in other hotels. the animation team are superb they work very hard to get people involved. And rasek personally is like a member of our family. Bar staff are excellent and again two have become like family shout out to redji the best barman he is hard working and made sure we were always looked after one downfall this visit the air con was not working which meant we didn't sleep very well even though the door to the balcony was open. We are already looking at coming back. I have to say all staff remember us when we arrive with lots of cuddles. I have never ever felt at home somewhere before. I even cried when leaving to go home which ive never done before.

Hotel was very good! Food in restaurant was very tasty! Entertainment was amazing,the best animator was Teke.He was very funny, beautiful and energy!I like this hotel so much!Maria was very smile and energy animator too! these animators gave us seven unforgettable days!I will miss them very much, thank you for these days!!!❤️
