We have just come back from the best family holiday at this hotel , from Excellent food with great chooses for the kids , very friendly staff , we will ne back next year

Came here with my wife, her parents, her brother and our 2 year old baby. 6 people, 3 rooms and an excellent stay. Everything was to our liking - from the courtesy to provide us with one of the rooms as soon as it was available (a few hours before usual check-in time) to the food, the staff attitude, the hotel facilities and the placement of all hotel points of interest. It really is everything you could wish for - huge pools, sunbed availability by the pool and on the beach, bar situated between the pools and the beach, playground for little children, mini-golf course for teen-agers and adults, fun entertainment, very good and diverse food available even when the main restaurant was closed, very good additional Asian and Italian restaurants, etc. We were very impressed and would definitely love to come back next year.

It was our first visit to Sunny Beach as a family of 3 . We looked at many hotels prior booking and stoped on this one due good reviews and parking availability on “site” First we arrived by car from UK. On arrival we have been told all car park is full and we have to take our car to spare carpark offsite which is not part of the hotel but paid by the hotel. It was about 1 mile away not a walking distance. However you get a shuffle car going to the car park if you need to. Even when car park at the hotel had spaces we still couldn’t park it as parking manager said there weren’t any spaces. Lobby Really need an upgrade same for the main restaurant. Rooms. Room was clean but felt dated . Water damage in the bathroom frame , leak from the sink when plug is closed. Door lock is not working so we had to be careful our 3 year old doesn’t escape the room on his own. Cracking plaster on the balcony. In our 7 night stay our room was never properly cleaned, glasses hasn’t been washed, hair around the bath ( just saying from own experience as housekeeping supervisor job) Our bedding was changed every other day. Outside We didn’t have a problem with sun loungers there were always space however some sun lounges are cracked and need a replacements. Swimming pools cleaned daily. Water temperature in pools 24C in August . Location of the hotel is at the end of the promenade which we preferred, it has a good walk with variety of shops. Beach It’s just across the road has a private part for the hotel with sun loungers but was always full when we stayed . Sand has a bit of seaweed but not excessive. Bars It has 2 main bars. Serving majority of local alcohol drinks and local juices ( orange, apple, pineapple, red currant. As fizzy drinks they serve Pepsi and 7up . Food It serve local dishes which we found quite salty, pizza , pancakes for breakfast, salad station, fruit , ice cream , pastries and cake station .. Most of dishes repeat, also there is a baby station with jar food for smaller children. You are not allowed to take any food out of the restaurant in the evening but on the lunch is not a problem. So if you have child who doesn’t want to eat at the restaurant you won’t have any food available after 9:30pm. Staff Nice enough, but some seem to speak their own language in front of you if you ask something and refuse to serve you if they don’t like you. Entertainment Repetitive not a lot of variety, could do with improvement. Overall we would score 2-3 and would not return back.

Having just returned from a 7-night stay, I can say the hotel is in a great location with direct access to Sunny Beach. There’s a decent number of free-to-use sunbeds on the right-hand side of the beach, which was a nice touch. The two large pools and surrounding areas were always clean, and we never had trouble finding sunbeds. We noticed that the pool nearest the snack bar was warmer than the one by the entertainment hut, which became our preferred spot. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and clean, though starting to feel a little dated—especially the bathroom. The biggest inconvenience was the lifts; almost every time we called one it was already full, so we often ended up taking the stairs. The entertainment team was fantastic. Their evening shows were actually better than some of the outside acts brought in, and they always made time to chat and encourage guests to join the daytime activities around the pool. Food was generally pleasant with plenty of choice, but it became repetitive over the week. Breakfast could have been improved with a fresh omelette station, which I’d expect in a 4-star hotel. We were entitled to one visit to a specialty restaurant during our stay, and my daughter and I chose the Italian. Unfortunately, it was disappointing—the restaurant wasn’t busy, yet my food arrived 4–5 minutes before my daughter’s. My spaghetti with sausage was greasy and lacking in flavour (ironically, I had a much better carbonara in the main restaurant the next day). My daughter’s chicken with lemon sauce was slightly better, but still nothing special. One other gripe was that none of the Pepsi/Pepsi Max served in the bars (except the self-serve option in the main restaurant) was fizzy. Overall, despite a few let-downs, we had a great holiday. The location, pool areas, and entertainment team really stood out, but there’s definitely room for improvement in food variety, specialty dining, and lift availability.

Please do not go to the majestic hotel.the people are very rude.the food were cold. Went for seven nights couldn't wait to get back home.

Hotel is excellent for disabled people. They accommodated us at short notice fantastic hotel and the management is absolutely brilliant. I really couldn’t vote them in anyway, as we moved from the hotel Next Door that wasn’t disabled friendly and the management in this hotel is absolutely brilliant. The food and the staff are excellent.
